I went in for a Hammam session, we made and appointment for 14:30 we made the appointment at 14:00 and arrived back at the salon at 14:15 for the 14:30 appointment, we were asked to sit down and wait. We waited patiently until 15:30! after constantly asking them what is taking so long they finally took us in at 15:45 we were taken downstairs all in a rush! the two girls downstairs were really sweet and gave us a good experience, whiles giving the hammam they asked us if we want our hair washed we asked them if they will be able to dry our hair later? and they told us yes they will do that upstairs to which we agreed to get our hair washed, once our session was over we were rushed to leave as there were other customers waiting so we didn't even get to thank the girls as the receptionist kept getting impatient for us to leave! finally when we got upstairs i asked if someone can dry my hair as it was dripping- since they took the towel away from us- she got me to sit at the chair and said something to the hairdresser in Arabic, they guy started blow drying my hair he asked me if i wanted curls or straight in arabic i explained to him i keep my hair straight normally so he started blow drying after spending hours in this place during checkout i was charged an additional 100 MOD FOR "BLOW DRY" they actually charged me!!! for drying my hair it was disgusting! they don't understand English, but a simple apology to an upset customers doesn't need a language to understand! OVERALL, WORST SPA VISITED! THERE ARE TONS OF HAMMAM PLACES YOU CAN VISIT AND THIS IS NOT ONE OF THEM!

Definitly the worse experiment on every scale, try it for your self if you don't believe me. I've tried manicure and pedicure, the technician hurt my nails and my skin and the massage also was very bad as just putting oil to your skin and no ventilation is there. she kept demanding for a tip and going out in the middle of the session for no reason and finish it way before the actual time. the weirdest thing is their prices were VERY HIGH! اذا كان هو آخر خيار لك، لاتروح.

ils utilisent des produits de très mauvaise qualité (comme le vernis top face qui coûte 20 dhs ) alors que le prix qu’il exige est énorme par raport a la qualité de la prestation 250 dhs manucure avec un vernis qui coûte 20 dhs c’est n’importe quoi ! Et la pédicure aussi qui n est même pas fini il ne m’ont même pas mis de la crème hydratante à la fin de la prestation ! Sachant que la pédicure aussi coûte 250 dhs avec un vernis de 20 dhs jamais je n’y retournerai !

Parce que je ne peux pas mettre Zéro! Je viens de sortir de chez eux et franchement je vous le DÉCONSEILLE !!!! J ai demandé juste les racines pour cacher les cheveux blancs et je suis ressortie avec les racines quasi blonde! Et elle me dit mais ça fait bien!!!! Une blague je suis brune! Dommage je ne peux pas mettre de photos! Je rentre en France demain! Impossible d aller travailler comme ça lundi! J ai envie de pleurer! NUL NUL ET ENCORE NUL!

Det var en top oplevelse..meget omhyggeligt behandling i god tid og rimlig pris.. Jeg anbefaler spa behandling og modtagelse af Fadua.. Pugerne skal have 1000 tak for den dejlige tid og oplevelse vi fik hos jer.. Disgraceful practice as the lady did 25 mins massage instead of full 1 hour. Despite questions to the lady and reception they denied. But I checked time before and after. Even hammam was awful, just use normal foam soft rubbing not like any proper hammam as other do.

I decided to go for a wash and blow dry by malika today. 100 dirham with a wavy/curl finish. Amazing she was so sweet and lovely. She did a great job. I wish I could share pictures but I wear a hijaab. Would definitely recommend malika. Thankyou I’m a happy customer.

الادوات غير نظيفه حيث تم عمل حمام مغربي ومساج ليفة الحك ليست جديده والمناشف ممزقه ولها رائحه كريهه وكذللك مياه الدش غير جيده فمره حاره ومره بارد واحيانا تقطع في الغالب المكان سئ للغايه ولا يرقى مستوى نجمه واحده لاانصح به مطلقا

Ce salon de massage n'est pas un salon de massage. Je pense être la première cliente que la masseuse ait réellement eu à masser. Je ne me suis jamais sentie aussi mal à l'aise.

Accueil très désagréable, aucun sourire ni bonjour. Me répond froidement et sec à mes questions, tarifs digne d’un salon à Paris. Je ne recommande pas du tout!

Very nice place. Take their time doing everything. Prices are affordable and worth it. Would recommend rather than the ones in the city
