Rented a small truck 15 days ago for moving . Return with a scratch on the box. Scratch is not more than 2cm. No dent. But my deposit and damage excess of $1600 is held up. Just called and no progress yet. If I am renting a sports car or something luxury, I kind of get it. But this is a truck meant for moving with lots of loading and unloading. What is it so expensive and so slow? When am I getting back my deposit? The nice lad at Bayswater is following up for me. But nonetheless, I still very disappointed... 2 stars for now until this get sorted. Let's see... Day 2 after review. Got a call from Bayswater, and received email of refund. Added 1 more star from 2 stars. Reasonable fee deducted. Lets see if it is 5 or 10 days before it reaches my account. :) Day 3 Refunded. Reasonable amount charged for the repair. Thank you. Overall experience could have been 3.5 stars. But 4 stars still a good review.

Don’t give your money to these people. Worst ever, the way they handle things is ridiculous and the team members especislly the men are just mysoginists who talk about you behind your back and don’t offer to help you out when it’s obvious that you could use a hand from someone eg with car seats or misunderstandings. Disgusting is an understatement of what this company stands for and it’s a joke the superiority that they believe they have. Don’t waste your time or money because they will add in all the hidden charges and use any loop hold they can to get as much money as they can from you

Rented a larger car for a long awaited snowboarding trip to fit the snowboards in and was extremely happy with the service. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Car was clean, well maintained and extremely pleasant to drive extended distances and up and down mountain roads. Would definitely rent from SIXT Bayswater again, as prices were better than similar vehicles I compared from other rental companies, and the service was fantastic!

I am giving 5 stars to Sixt Bayswater because of their reservations staff - Celeste. My booking with Budget Bayswater was cancelled by Budget Bayswater at the last minute without prior notice. Celeste helped me to get a last minute booking for 8 seater car with Blackburn Sixt as Bayswater does not have an 8 seater car today. She saved my holiday plans and I really appreciate that she went all out to help me.

Rented a 7 seater for a week as a RACV member (with discount). Smooth online experience. A following up call the next day, very efficient in confirming. At the rental, Dylan offered the best customer services you can ever find in any car rental. On the day of return, they gave us reminder phone call on Sunday. Everything checked out within minutes, very efficient. 5 star experience.

We have been using this franchise for close to 15 years now on a almost daily occasion and can safely say the strong team is prompt, professional and the vehicles are always in excellent condition . We've used SIXT trucks several times now for our business. We have always found the vehicles ready for us when we arrive, they're always clean and in good condition. The staff are always friendly, polite and professional. In the past we have used other companies and the vehicles were either dirty or not in good condition.

Required a vehicle for transporting a bulky item. Riley had amazing customer service. He listed out the options available, as well as information regarding what would be most suitable. Also, lent me his tie downs to use. Absolute great bloke. No dramas what so ever would happily use again.

Great customer service although the website let us down with technical difficulties. They provided a suitable car for our road trip which was very clean & great on fuel. Would recommend using.

SIXT were great. They're not the cheapest and I had to leave a sizeable deposit but they were very accommodating and patient as I had to keep extending my lease. Very nice to deal with.
