no, no, no. Not good. You have to quote the full price of your rentals before someone pays the invoice, and drives away. I booked a van for 2 days, picked up the van and paid, what I THOUGHT, was the cost of the rental. I returned the vehicle on time, Unmarked, all good, okay. Next day's email. The ACTUAL invoice. The first invoice, the one on the website, and the quote from the person on the phone at the, I guess, some head office; that's simply, not the price. They just ripped those 2nd costs out of my credit card before I've even seen the 2nd invoice for the stuff I thought I already paid for. Everything the guy in Brookvale added on, he didn't say it would be 2 times what he was quoting, simple example: A trolley, the guy at the desk said it was $25; nope, it's $50; $25 A DAY. Then the insurance; 2 times the price, everything, 2 times the price. whatever the CC cost is, and, the ACTUAL VAN RENTAL PRICE. I'd be a fool right? to do business a second time with a company this opaque. I've never, ever rented a truck or a van, and not paid the full amount when I picked it up. In my entire life I've never been sent a second invoice for something I've bought or rented. When I hear the guy behind the desk say the absolute amount, the trolley and the and the insurance, the rental cost and whatever the CC cost is. I want that price in the Eftpos machine clear for me to see, and for the teller to say the full price out lout. and, an invoice of the full cost, at the time of rental. imagine you went to Target, pick out a shirt, you pay for it, walk out of the store, happy with your purchase. Then the next day, Target sends you an invoice with the actual cost and to say they've already pulled it out out of your bank. Even if the actual cost of the shirt is in fine print somewhere: Garbage, right!? And the bond is returned, like, 10 days later, they said. I'm going to take a stab in the dark. I probably won't get that back unless I chase it up, or there'll be a 2nd invoice for the actual bond; something they've dreamt up. it was all hidden the rest of the way, how can I trust anything from this point on with this company? Do I have any reasons that I should?

I have picked up my car today at sixt brookvale and I was meet by Sachin. A very friendly guy with a pleasant smile. He was alone taking care 2 customers and answering the phone at the same time and he did with passion for his job and with great professionalism. He was patient and always polite and very very helpful. It’s great to see that you are being taken care of. He is amazing. I will always book my car at this place anytime I’m in Australia. Sachin should be the example of people who works for customer service. Sachin you are one of a kind well done your smile is very contagious, you are great at your job. Very well done. I recently hired a car from SIXT Brookvale, Sydney NSW. I chose a ‘mystery’ car as I only needed to run around my local area & it was the cheapest option. The booking system on line was very quick & easy, picking up & delivery process was also efficient & car details explained well by Sajjad in the SIXT Brookvale office. I was very surprised & delighted when I was given a new model Mercedes for the weekend. I couldn’t be happier with the car & the whole experience of hiring from SIXT. I hated giving the car back. The online booking process seemed easy but beware the site will let you book a pickup when branch isn’t open which threw out our plans, also the free liability waiver doesn’t mean no excess on insurance which is $5,000! Still don’t know what the waiver means! The car was nice but the Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay didn’t work which was a pain and unexpected in an expensive late model BMW. Don’t know if I’d book through this company again.

Needed to hire a car for a week while mine was in for repairs, and was delighted with the service offered by Sachin. The car I had been allocated was huge and not what I needed for nipping around shops and school pick ups. He recognised that immediately and set about finding me a car I was comfortable with. He is a very engaging gentleman with an eye for detail, who made sure I was all set to go when I finally chose my car. 10/10

Just don’t use Sixt, really bad service, I used twice and I dealt with 3 diferente offices 2 in Brookvale and 1 in Artarmon. All of them useless, costumer service even worst. Check the car before sign nothing , they always had scratches and other damages that they are not written on the documents. So difficult to contact them, that don’t call back, extra charges and more. Pathetic.

Don't use a debit card their system is horrible and it isn't explained what happens on hire. Rental fee plus bond (that's fine) then they charge the rental fee again when you return car. 5 days now still no refund of initial rental fee plus bond. Honestly just go to Avis in dee why they are cheaper as well.

Renting from SIXT Brookvale was a very smooth, quick and friendly process. The Toyota Hiace van was very easy to drive and manoeuvre and the 3 doors made loading and unloading easy. Being only 2.0 metres high meant it could get into an underground car park that other vans couldn’t access

What a great company. The staff were so welcoming and caring. They went above and beyond in supplying me with a car I felt comfortable driving. They were super organised during pick up and drop off. Will definately use again if I need a hire car. Many Thanks

Nobody at office on arrival, vehicle not ready, could not get fuel filler cap open to refill, took 20 min to find key return box. Do not want to pay for fuel as I attempted to fill up. Also vehicle wasn't full at start

Zophia is very helpful and has a lovely friendly manner. Overall the experience was a very pleasant one. Car was brand new, only 30kms on the clock. Will definitely use them again when I need a rental car.

Excellent service in both collecting and handing back the vehicle. The vehicle was as new, clean and well serviced. Highly recommend renting from SIXT and they had the best rates when I phoned around.

Apart from no explanation on the amount of options and buttons on the vehicle or how to actually exit the premises ( don’t follow the arrows) everything was easy friendly and smooth. Highly recommend
