Wish i could give a negative rating here. Simone from your Revesby branch is extremely rude and condescending. I just called today to confirm my booking that was made last week and she was extremely loud and impolite. When she mentioned there is a 200 dollar bond on the car rental, all i said was that it didnt mention on the website at the time of booking. She snapped back saying that 'I am mentioning to you now'. Well look the bond payment is not an issue and I can pay for that. The issue is how she conducted herself and the way she spoke with authority and a tone of being entitled. It is absolutely disgusting. I was trying to suggest to her that it will be better next time if the bond payment is mentioned at the time of booking and she was just not listening and just kept on speaking without listening to a customer. Sorry, she is an absolute disgusting vile of a living organism. Also, she kept on using my last name to talk to me while i repeatedly requested her not to do so. Didnt know pronouncing 'Muda' is difficult. Called SIXT complaints department and spoke to Cara and she was very professional and courteous. She answered all my questions i initially had and was very helpful. But the experience of the Revesby branch staff 'Simone' left a bitter taste in my mouth and cancelled the booking. I would rather book a car from somewhere else.

Do not even deserve one star. First they gave me a car smelling like cigarettes, that same car was a half full tank with documentation stating it was a full tank - they refused to refund me the fuel difference despite provision of a date and time stamped image of the fuel gauge. I then had them overcharge my card $500, put my personal details as a second driver on someone else’s rental, and was told that I can’t afford their vehicle. To top it off, despite paying 2 months of rentals with them, and despite contacting to pay an extra week renewal but they failed to pick up, they called the police to report me as an abusive, aggressive and lying person. They claimed to the police that I was avoiding contact (although they have my email, number, address and valid authorized Mastercard) and they never attempted to contact me in the past week. Police were wonderful and advised me to raise this as a civil matter as Sixt were making false accusations

Booking was excellent and the car provided was clean. However, customer service is poor. Yvonne/SImone (can't remember the exact name) , who attended us in the reception area was rude and not familiar with the charges. She told us to pay $500+ for the extra driver in the booking for a 2-week car hire. We were surprised and asked her why it was so expensive and why are we being charged if the extra driver was part of our car insurance. She rudely told us, "that what's in the system and what do you want me to do now". So I called my partner to double checked then Yvonne reviewed again our booking and found out that the $500+ amount she mentioned is actually the amount they are charging our car insurance company. Didn't even say sorry for her mistake and just continued processing our booking. Hopefully, she would go through some customer service trainings if she will continue to be a front liner in your branch.

I would like to advise the manager of my experience at your Sixt store Revesby. On Saturday the 5/8/23, I accompanied my daughter to your store as she was requiring a hired car due to her vehicle being in an accident. For approximately 27 years I have been a manager in a large medical company. Dealing with public can be extremely challenging. The customer service that your client receives at the front end and the back end is essential for any business to grow. You have a staff member in your Revesby store that is an asset to your business. Simone was extremely professional, friendly, helpful and had common sense!! (something I don’t see much of these days) Well done Simone, thanks for your help and I definitely will advise others of your store. Kind regards from a satisfied customer

My husband attended yesterday for pickup of a car and two baby seats through insurance. Booking was received and car allocated and manager was aware two baby seats were required based on witnessed conversation. After signing acceptance of vehicle and card charged for holding amount my husband was informed no baby seats were available! Manager then turned around and tried to claim that they booking was sent by our insurer but not accept by SIXT? What the actual does that even mean? When my husband asked if they could speak to the insurer the manager walked away. Customer service nil. Honesty nil. 0 stars isn't available currently in Google Reviews.

The service did not do their proper initial inspection and paperwork. I was leased a car with a cracked on windshield that was lightly marked on the car, it was there before I left the facility. Upon me returning the car, they said that none of their paperwork had documented that there were any damages. Luckily I had insurance to cover but I could only imagine how painful it would be for the ones who has to pay for the damages. Can only recommend if they do their proper check from my current viewpoint.

Poor customer service from the branch. The website allowed me to make a booking for 12:30pm even though the branch closed at 12:30pm. The link on the email to see closing times of the branch was not working and when I arrived at 12:37pm the branch was locked up. I called customer service and they told me that normally the branch would call if you hadn’t picked up your hire by the time they were closing. No phone call was received. This was highly inconvenient as we really needed the van. Up you game!

I had a nice experience with Kris thank you so much. I appreciated her help. She's very soft spoken and kind. There is one thing I'd like to note though, when my insurance company was booking for my child seats, they put down for 3 to be made available, 2 for my 3 and 2 year old and 1 for a 4 and a half year old. But when I got there I was told they only have booster seats available. They didn't even know I needed child seats. I'm not sure what happened there. ‍♀️

Worst service ever , here is the message i got from them at 3pm Hi Ridwan, it's Marilyn from Revesby Branch. I spoke to Parramatta Branch and apparently you've exchanged your Rental Vehicle into Toyota Camry. I must advise you that your Insurance could only Authorised until 4pm this afternoon. Please return our Rental Car by this 4pm this afternoon, otherwise it will be reported Stolen. Kindly Regards Sixt Revesby Digusting !!!

Very happy with the service provided by Kristy, she went the extra mile to source the specific vehicle I required and had it transferred to Milperra branch for pick-up. The only negative was the truck had battery failure during the day which was fixed through the assist line, but caused a lengthy delay waiting for nrma to attend. Had the previous users notified the office of this happening it may not have happened again.

Reserved a truck a week out. Received confirmation. Went to pick it up at the branch opening time only to be told someone else "beat me to it" and that they had no other trucks. They couldn't source another truck from another branch. This had a huge flow-on effect that severely impacted logistics for a time sensitive job. Won't ever use them again and do not recommend anyone else does either.

Needed a large van in pretty quick time and Sixt were happy to accommodate. Booking and pick up process was pretty seamless and Kristy at the office was very professional, organised and explained everything quickly so I was ready to go in no time at all. Even got a brand new van! Similar process upon return and so would be happy to use Sixt again. Cheers!

Nice and convenient rental service. The car was super clean and new! It felt like I am the first one driving. Return was also super simple and a matter of less than 5 minutes. Only negative aspect was a long waiting time at the pick up and the staff was not very friendly. They did a good job but I didn’t feel very welcomed.

Ask before you book, because when renting a vehicle, you must note that when an accident occurs, you will pay $5,500 or $4,950. Make sure because I have never seen anything like this in my life, and the employee does not tell you that you should ask. Be careful, thank God that I did not have an accident.

Their system is extremely slow/out of date. It took 2hrs to print out the pickup papers. If you are in rush or don’t want to waist your time, don’t choose them.
