FAIL! If I could've rated this post with 0 stars - I would have. Hands down the WORST customer service experience ever experienced. Booked a premkum car. Next day suddenly no car. This wont do please fix. Got downgraded with no refund. Returned car in top notch condition. They gave me a car with a slow leak in the tire. Then, blamed it on me for something that can take weeks to go down and after three days had only gone down ever so slightly - still fine to drive on. And charged me $385 out of my deposit - even for a half flat tire that is daylight robbery. It's more than the three day rental cost. Not to mention I booked an Eclipse not a Camry and so was downgraded from what I paid for and returned it a day early, full tank and nil damage or incident. Criminals! Just flat out criminals! Owned by NRMA and another reason why NRMA policies dont come with hire car included anymore - cheap skates. If I had to rate todays experience from 1-10 - I'd go with a 0 as that's the amount of business SIXT and NRMA will get moving forward.

Is the worst place to book a car, I rented 1 month ago a single cabin ute but today they sent me a message telling me that they don't have the car available (the same day of the rent) told me to look for a van or a truck that cost today 2 times more thsn my original booking, then they bring an ute but different, not suitable for what i need it. The receptionist is unpolited, I was very upset but she prefer to rise the voice and tell me "complain with the main office" these people are extremely unreliable, Now i need to search somewhere else to be able to move

The best place to hire moving trucks in Sydney. They consistently have the cheapest rates and moving trucks come fitted with lifts and inside rail guards. The truck was easy to drive and operate and made moving myself a breeze. The service at the store was also efficient and easy and I had 0 issues picking up and dropping off

The female staff named abrar was very respectful and kind and helped me through out the whole process and everything was in order for me. She answered every question professionally and amazed me with her answers. I would 100% recommend renting here again. Beautiful service :)

Used them to move - clean vehicle, service a bit slow with one computer, and got stung with a $500 deposit (for a $100 something booking). May have missed that on the fine print - lucky I had it in my account at the time. Got it back within 3 days though. Otherwise good

We pre-booked a 7 seater car many weeks in advance only to arrive on pick up day and they advised that there is no 7 seater car available and offered a 5 seater instead. We have a 5 seater car, it's unacceptable and extremely poor service for the long weekend.

Horrible service. Will ever rent here again. Never picks up phone calls. I arrived 7 minutes late and they complained that they would have to log back in as they were about to close. I understand I was late, but the booking was at 12:00 and I arrived at 12:07.

My rental was cancelled two days before pickup. And then I found out that my details were used to rent the car to a different individual on the same day. I tried calling the centre multiple times, but got no answer. Dodgy business, please stay away!

Hanged up on me while clarifying the toll charges on my account! Sorry but very unprofessional. They dont even know what the charges in the invoices are and would make up anything for you to believe they know what they are saying.

The service here is amazing. The understanding, friendliness and care that we received is exceptional. We feel very lucky to have them as our go to for vehicle rentals. We have used them a lot lately and wouldn't go anywhere else.

After several days of indecision from your Penrith branch on weather or not I had a vehicle to complete my obligations Ryde were very helpful Although my bottom line was severely reduced due to increased fuel / tolls / time /

Had to hire with only two hours notice, it was an easy process, they didn’t have the exact car I wanted in such a short timeframe but the car I got was similar, brand new and nice to drive. All staff very nice & helpful.

Ridiculous and pathetic service. They accepted by 5:00pm pickup and nobody was there when I arrived there. I did my bookings for the next day and I am in major loss now. Really frustrating and disappointing.

I needed a 7 seat vehicle for a wedding ad hired a Kluger from Stix. Great car, the price over 5 days was very reasonable, and the return process was simple. I would happily rent from them again

Must say best local rental car company, they always keep new model car. Alvin is the champ, alws looks after us. we used to pickup from other company but Sixt Ryde and Alvin is the best.

The car was in good condition, there were no issues throughout the trip. Pick up and drop was pretty fast and smooth too. Will surely book my future rentals with sixt again

The Sixt moving truck was easy to hire, drive and load. The rear lift made packing easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy all round.
