Terrıble customer service! Employees (young manager woman and other sales guy) spent their time with laughing and chitcatting behind the table and never ever answered our questions. I observed multiple customers left the store because they ignored . Once I asked question to her about the size of the shoes kindly, she was extremely rude, and throwed very bad words (I have concerns about her behaviour in community). We left the store immediately without buying five pair of shoes and reported this situation. This store loses a lot of customers because of this disrespectful manager and employees.

Terrible customer service experience. I couldn’t find anyone on the sales floor, so I just open the back door to the stockroom and said hello someone came to the door, opened it up and told me you can’t go back there in the real ugly manner. I explain to her that I was just trying to find someone to help me, and she again reiterated an ugly tone that I was not to come back there. I just opened the door. What a terrible customer service experience.

Store was ok, seemed overpriced for an outlet. When I checked out, the cashier asked me if I wanted to round up and donate my change. I asked what the donation would go towards - his response was “charity”. I asked what charity, he responded “children”. Clearly he either didn’t know what charity sketchers was donating to, or there was no actual charity they were donating to.

not very nice people. The 2 ladies there weren't really interested in helping me out pretending to be busy with 2 other customers. I went there looking for walking shoes. The girl brought out 2 pair and walked away. I was left feeling like I was at a local Walmart where you try on your own shoes and take them to checkout yourself.

Laughable The employees working including management were all kids! 25 and under. I stood and "waited" for them to finish their conversation before finally asking me if they could help me about 15 minutes later. It was funny to me how you could allow me to stand there "at the register" and not say a thing to me.

The inventory to select from is large. The prices are great. We lucked up making our purchase when they were running Buy 1 at full price and the 2nd one half price. Worked out great because we each needed two pairs of Skechers and the same applied to socks, in which we always are in need of.

The young lady manager and the person who was customer servicing me who I think his name was Drew were so nice and got my feet feeling like they were walking on clouds usually I don’t even like brands like skechers but they have me wanting to come back for more and more

Bad customer service. One gal behind counter looked away and wouldn’t engage with customers. A guy finally came out of back room and pointed us toward the shoes we were looking for then walked away and disappeared again. Nobody seemed interested in helping us at all.

I originally came in for one pair of shoes. However, Rene convinced me to get a pair of the new Snoop Dog Slip on shoes!! She even gave me an extra discount just for making the purchase. Great customer service, I’ll definitely be back!!

Super rude clerk. First of all didn't say Hi. Didn't look me in the eyes, talked on the phone the entire time. She obviously does not want to interact with customers. Maybe time to find another job? Worst ambassador for the brand.

One of the more depressing shopping experiences - sales person could not have cared less, cashier and 3 others doing whatever in the back room - a disaster . as a manager I would fire the whole crew. dec. 22 2015 09:30.

Great store! The store manager went above and beyond to return/replace my shoes (for which I did not have the box). I can only recommend this place, the staff is nice and the selection is huge.

They are very rude toward customers. The sales woman at the cashier, she called herself manager!, extremely rude when I asked help. I couldn’t buy anything and left there immediately.

My go-to shoe store for work shoes (chefs clogs), walking and casual shoes. Prices could be better for an "outlet store" but it's the Riverwalk and I'm sure rent is through the roof.
