On July 7 was in the store shopping got a sandal and couldn’t find the written size on it. Asked the worker (guy, who was standing and free) for assistance he answered I can look myself. I told him that can’t find it and his there to assist the customer. He cursed me (F** you*). I asked for manager and he went to the back. Then the woman calling herself a manager came out. I informed her the worker cursed me. She didn’t even asked what simply happened. Her answer was “ he is a teenager and I argue with him” . I asked them for their names, so called manager didn’t give their names . It’s not a civilized approach in any situation. To get insulted while trying to shop? ! There is no excuse to that type of behavior! Can’t even give any star .

The worst shoe store ever!!!!! Totally ignored. I asked about the wide fit that are advertised all over tv & radio and they knew nothing about them. I unfreakin' real l. They brought up a couple of boxes and they great but I wanted them in Black. Never brought another box or at least asked andthing else. On girl points and says those come in wide fit and said I just need them in Black. No response either. Just can't believe this kind of service. Do these people want to sell shoes or what? You just don't totally ignored someone. The is great and near by but the employees SUCK!!!!!! Going to the Union Square store on 15th Street next. I can't or at least I can not believe I'll get the same kind of staff

Had a very good experience. The attendant was very nice and she took care of everything which I explained to her about what kind of shoes I need. She explained about different varieties and considered my requirements for the shoes and suggested me the best ones. I went to skechers for the first time and I am very satisfied with the service they provide.

Where is Nick! He is the best I brought a pair of Marc Nasons and he was so helpful that I came back not once but twice! I assumed he would be around as I came back last night! He helped he with my first pair perfectly and made me laugh while doing it! He's a keeper! Super great at his job totally take control of what's going on!

My toddler became very attached to her twinkle toes. If she could sleep in them- she would! When one of the shoes suddenly stopped working- I checked for the off button and couldn't find it. I called the store and spoke with Ruben. He was very patient and kind. He was not only helpful, but he also went above and beyond.

Ruben was very helpful and accommodating. I felt bad about coming in right before closing but he didn't rush me and helped me find the perfect running shoes for my race the next morning. Great customer service and friendly attitude from all the staff. Good to see retail isn't dead yet

Needed some shoes to keep up with all the walking while on vacation in NYC. Explained the situation to the guys at this store and they brought out several options, assisted with adjustment, and got me out the door quick to continue with sightseeing. Prompt, professional, and helpful.

Shopped at the Soho store and the young gentleman named Alvin was such a pleasure to deal with. He was helpful, gracious, extremely polite and had a smile the entire time we were there! I made a point to tell his manager but wanted everyone to know good people still exist!!

Had a great experience here. The store was super busy for the July 4th long weekend. However, as busy as the staff was, they were extremely helpful and accommodating to all requests. Was able to find a few pairs of shoes and socks.
