First experience ,I walk in see a pair of shoes tagged $59.99 take them to the counter rang up $69.99 I take the employee to the display shoe ,she sees them tagged $59.99 ,I ask to speak to a manager I was told he was on a conference call and was directed to which it had seemed to be his assistant, I explained that a employee forgot to change the tag so I wanted them honored at the presented price,Hispanic lady with the glasses which I never saw her name tag rips the tag and tells me it's going to be $69.99 and said if I was a little more pleasant she would've honored the advertised price ,first and last time I will ever go into that store,I'd rather spend $79.99 and buy them on Amazon than to deal with a rude employee ,one thing in retail is the customer is always right and personal emotional opinions should always be tamed especially by a assistant manager ,I understand it was a hot day and the store doors were wide open but dam I was calm the whole time for her to say that I'm still in shock after 1 week has passed,no response from corporate and the experience I had needs to be told.

I have been in customer service for 37 years now. Today I came in as soon as the store opened and a bright & cheerful young lady Liz immediately asked if she could assist me. She then went on to help me find the correct work shoes & even went to the back to see if there were more in my size. I ended up with 2 pairs, exactly what I needed and wanted. She was cheerful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. Her pleasant demeanor was very refreshing and much appreciated! I have spent my entire life helping people and when they help me with the same concern and care it should be recognized and commended! Give this girl a raise & promotion! That kind of genuine care, talent & dedication to customer service is RARE! THANKYOU LIZ! May the LORD bless you abundantly in all that you put your hand to. Keep up the good work, your efforts WILL BE REWARDED!

No one to help you, and when finally someone it was a bother. Asked to get a second pair from uptop because wanted to try a size bigger as the one was to tight she asked if i was waring socks, I said yes to which she said that's why there tight Update: 8/3/23 Still no one to help, but employees left a ladder right were a size was above so used ladder to get them and immediately was asked to not use it but was told to ask for help they walked away and we needed there help but they were not around and waited for help which never came. So much for trying to help myself. Strike 3 ****Gave you another chance ***** I don't think I'll give you another. **Also the buy one pair get one 50% ***off is not on everything very ****misleading.

I have always liked going to this location, until today. I mentioned I had a code for a discount,and then was told I couldn't use it at the store only online. I understood and said I know for next time. Then I am waiting for the cashier to finish the sale, she puts the shoes behind her and walks away thinking I wasn't buying anything. Luckily her manager/supervisor was still at the register she said oh, you aren't getting anything? I said yes, I asked her why did she walk away? She said I don't know. Then she finished the sale. I won't be going back there.

Great selection of shoes. When I got to the register to pay I was asked "how will you be paying for this? I answered cash. I was then told I couldn't pay in cash and I could only pay with a credit card...Then why wasn't I told this when we walked in?! Or better yet why was I asked how would I being paying?! Who the Hell doesn't accept a cash payment?? Of course a store manager was not there

So many choices!!!! We sort of went crazy and bought way too many pairs of shoes for our family. We ended up returning a couple pairs next day and buying another pair!!! Customer service was great. When we asked for assistance, it was given to us immediately by their friendly staff(who doesn't bother you...but if u need help, they're easy to find unlike other stores I've shopped at).

Big store in dunning square, basically any shoe that you may need for men and women, but I have to say, bought a pair of hiking boots, and they feel cheap, only time will tell! Now, shoes is another thing, very comfortable and durable, I like sketchers brand, I'd say, give them a look before going somewhere else! Nicely priced as well, won't break the bank

I initially called the store for information and availability of a specific shoe. Nathan answered the call and was very polite and helpful. He even tool time to research for the specific shoe I was looking for. Nathan was great and had good customer service in my experience and would recommend to look out for him if you need help with a specific shoe.

Quite lots of different boots here, but also there is a man who introduced himself as a Manager, looks like a gothic style person who refusing returns of unwearied boots and shouts at clients. Definitely do not recommend to visit this store (P.s. other sellers are polite, and You can have good shopping time if You don't want to do any returns)

Great place to shop at for shoes, the prices are absolutely fantastic, I'm not kidding either. Parking is not a problem one bit, exiting the parking lot is easy as can be. The staff at Skechers is very friendly , willing to help, when you need them. Would strongly recommend you buy from there, if you want to save money.

Not much seating to sit down and try stuff on but had great customer service, even with our trillion of questions and requests for more sizes, which they mostly had. Got a great deal on 2 pairs of shoes. Would go back. The one pair of shoes are totally comfortable, even with me having to stand 8+ hrs on my feet

I've purchased shoes here on occasion if I can find something reasonable on the sale rack. Otherwise, I find everything a little overpriced to be a factory outlet store. I love Sketchers and have enjoyed many different styles, but most of the shoes I've bought has been a bargain found elsewhere.

Unfortunately for me - every time I've stopped in here to try and find something they never have my size! Yes I wear a women's size 10 but it shouldn't be that hard to stock a few size 10s. Can't give a better review because I've never been able to buy anything here.

No large size 10 shoes to pick from. Ended up searching store for my size in order to get "Buy one get one half off" deal. Ended up with two of the same pair of shoes. I would only recommend going here if you have feet under size 9 1/2. Would not go back.

I love Skechers. Their running shoes are the most comfortable brand for me, and very durable too. As this location is an outlet, their prices are very reasonable comparing to Skechers retail. They always have a sale too, buy one get second pair half off.

They have a good selection of gym shoes but my favorite part was the casual shoes they have some beige ones and black ones I think they were like made out of like us some kind of suede they were really cute definitely got to buy them check them out

Don’t know about the other stores but this one outstanding selection of men’s, women’s and children’s shoes. The shoes are well laid out and grouped logically for the most part. The prices are very good especially if you buy more than one.

Very disappointing given this is an outlet store I would expect prices to reflect that of an outlet but they were very overpriced. The same shoes I saw here I saw at Sam's Club for way less than the outlet store was selling them for.

Huge selection of sneakers in various styles. Large clearance section with many options and also a helpful staff. There were three people on the floor when I went to it was easy to find someone to get shoes down from the high wall.

The two young men working upfront Thanksgiving evening gave me a five star experience. Salesperson #82169 helped me with a few other questions about products. I prefer this store over the hillside location which is my hometown.

Captain Bob bought two pairs of the new sketcher slip-ins. They are the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn! I will be wearing these as a captain the boat in Chicago.

When I visited I got excellent prices on my Skechers. Customer service was really excellent and helpful and very quick comment down and shop around see for yourself.

The workers are very Rude in the morning. Second time I had been there early and the girls working were not nice. The second star is only cause the good prices
