I purchased a pair of Airmax 270 and there is a noticeable stain or stitching defect on the front of the shoe I tried to return the shoe the manager there told me that every shoe has a defect and I told him if I’m buying defective merchandise I should be made aware upfront they would not let me return the shoes because it was after seven days and I can’t contact anyone they won’t give me a number to corporate or district manager so Please be aware Mr. Allen’s sales defective merchandise that they’re selling under the premise of high quality merchandise the manager told me that every shoe has a defect so I’m gonna fill out a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because this needs to be known to the public

March 22 2019 i went their and they just open my shoe was in good shape but now they just Going out of business. But i wish i can give them a 1. Star because my number was on that web site and i think They put it on their cause when i bout the shoe they ask for my number. Like sum shoe places do in i go home to do a rate the store in my number on their and so every one minute the first call was my brother Asking do i have the shoe cause i gave him the money to and every body calling my phone asking do i have the shoe im like and the 5 star is for good customer service that was when they just open now it

They have a good amount of items for a quick together fit for the day. So I've read older some reviews about this store in particular, well after going in there a few times. I've gotten to know them a little bit. I never witness any rude experience from any of the workers period. Not saying it can't happen. But I'm saying I haven't seen it. When I comes in to shop, they are asking to help or give me a quick answer to what I'm looking for. I'm in for 15mins and out. Just wish they put more hats of our home teams

Y’all never answer the phone then follow me around the store like I’m stealing. That don’t make me want to buy anything from that store. I would rather drive to the other snipes on 71st and jeffery frfr at least they treat you like a customer and most IMPORTANTLY they phones always working and willing to assist. I would rather for everyone to go to that 1 one 71st and jeffery.

I won a raffle . Called back 5 minutes later , manager and staff were rude . They said they forfeited my pair but on a different shoe I called 2 hours later and was able to get my pair . Unfair raffle system they are just trying to back door the hyped shoes . Wouldn’t recommend coming to this location

really disappointed that my order wasn’t processed almost a month without any communication from the company. I feel fraud by them. They didn’t answer for my emails and customer support just ignores me. I’m trying to ask about refund, because I do not need my order anymore

The phone number for the Hyde Park location on 4700 South Cottage Grove Avenue does not work it's disconnected someone needs to address that issue!

Was in there for 20minsan ABSOLUTELY NO ONE came an asked if I needed help. Nor did anyone respond when I asked. Guess tha convos was intense
