What a waste of time, new to the area and was told to hit up Snipes because they have what I was looking for. I came in to buy several things I was barely greeted, i literally stood in the store looking at and picking up several shoes that I was Interested in. There were two team members present and not one in the time that I was there asked if I wanted to try on anything. They spent more time looking down folding clothes. One thing about money there are so many other places to spend it. I can get 200$ shoes anywhere, but if this is the experience snipes gives I’ll spend my money elsewhere. I literally turned around and saw a Footlocker in the building over…don’t waste your time

I visited this store for the very first time on 9/28/23 & I really had a great experience because of a salesman by the name Ishmael! Ishmael went above & beyond the call of duty & one of his workers was very kind & helpful as well by the name of Yaritza!! I totally enjoyed my experience so much in fact, I came back based on a need I had on 10/10/23 & once again Ishmael this time picked some shoes out for me that I needed & I like them so much! Thank you Snipes this is a store I highly recommend & I will be sending my friends to this very store! Great customer service support & friendly workers who willing to help you as much as they can!!

Seriously I'm def going back! Their customer service was fantastic! I wish I got everyone's names but from the guy helping me find my shoe to the young women helping me with my online exchange. I ordered my shoes online and live a good hour and a half from the nearest store. So I drove to the brickyard and I was mad I made the drive. Not the colors I ordered but I love these just the same. Thankfully they were the same price as the sale ones I got online. Easy painless and enjoyable.

The staff here is very friendly. As soon as I came in the door I was greeted with a smile. Both young men were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Even though I came because I won a raffle, I will be returning to shop. I also will be telling others of the great customer service here.

really disappointed that my order wasn’t processed almost a month without any communication from the company. I feel fraud by them. They didn’t answer for my emails and customer support just ignores me. I’m trying to ask about refund, because I do not need my order anymore

came in looking for a pair of new shoes, the lady working here look bothered when I asked for the price and had a bad attitude. went to the foot locker a couple of doors down instead

Just came in today with my two dog for some shoe Therapy and Caleb was more then amazing and Stellar. And I left with a great purchase in my size definitely shopping there again.
