As the name they have sparkly cars good driver..but i was scammed by one of the booking personnel. I booked a car and i was told i have to pay 11000. After returning i was asked to pay double the amount of 11000 as pickup and drop services. We never had the conversation about pick up drop just had the amount fixed at 11000. There should have been proper explanation about this. I think i was scammed. The management team should be more responsible about these things how to communicate. I will never recommend the service from spark..but the driver i was with was very responsible and professional. I would have given minus rating for their unprofessional service. 5 stars for the service given by my driver.
