I've never had such a bad experience at a mechanic before. It was past 12am, and while I'm thankful such a thing as 24h mechanics exist, I would have rather just waited to go somewhere else. My tire blew out while driving to Toronto and I replaced it with my spare and figured I would see if the tire was repairable. Once I arrived, I parked at the side of the building, and was directed by one of the staff to go to the back. So I had. I was then yelled at by another staff member who had apparently expected me to be at the front? Not sure where the miscommunication was. I was then directed inside, and I showed another member the tire I had. He was rude with me, and spoke to me as if I knew nothing about my own vehicle. Not sure if it's because I'm a woman, but maybe he's just like this with everyone. He said it might not be safe to drive so I thanked him and told him I won't proceed with the repair. He was then shocked and insisted that he try repairing it. I expressed I was nervous considering what he just said, but he assured me the tire would be safe. So he repaired it with putty, put the tire on, and told me the price. I was then directed to pay at the front, where the initial guy who yelled at me was cashing me out. He charged me a few dollars more than the price I was told. At this point I just wanted to leave the building so I didn't make a big deal out of it. Fast forward a few days the plug blew out and I was stuck with a flat again. I would never go back.

THEIVES, THEIVES, THEIVES Do not go unless you plan on getting dupped. I went in asking them to change a ball barring, left front headlight, and my trunk door latch. They take the car , tell me that I need a break change. Even though my breaks were bran new (3 weeks old). I told them , and they assured me I needed to change them. I seriously couldn't believe it so I thought ok I'm gonna entertain myself with this. So I agreed. I honestly paid the extra $300 for breaks that they never even touched (and I can prove it) It was worth the $300 to write this review. Furthermore they kept the car for 7 hours total just to change one ball barring and they pretended to have changed the front breaks (so that justifies the time needed) Just imagine these so called Muslims did this transaction to me another Muslim So imagine how much they're gonna scam a non Muslim. These are illiterate , THEIVES that hold no education other than the knowledge of taking from others. Do yourself a favor Don't waste your time and money to these animals

They ripped me off! They tell me that they replaced the brake pads/rooter and after a month or so the squeaky noise came back. Went somewhere else and had to cough up another $350 to repair it. Before that, I went for an oil change and I called to ensure they had a replacement filter. A guy on the phone tells me that they have it and as the guy has my car on the lift he says they don’t have it for my Santa Fe. He gets the mechanic to clean the old one and he charges me the full price for a used filter. DO NOT GO TO THESE CROOKS!! Reply: I did go to the shop and the only guy there was of no help. He said he was too busy and come back another time. When I asked for the owner he said you were sleeping. This is at 8:45 in the morning. I should have read the reviews before going back but you guys helped me out on little things like windshield wiper replacement.

I went a couple of times to fix my cars, they are open 24 hours but they didn’t taking care of the car because of they were busy. Do not visit their store before call if you have to go at the night time. Also, the owner or manager i don’t know who are they in the main office they are unprofessional. There is a angry old guy do not take a conversation with him, he is gonna makes you upset. they have a employee his name is Ivan, he is good guy, helping people more the the owners. I have 9 car, I talked to the owner, I am trying to find a mechanic shop I can trust. But they showed me they aren’t trustworthy mechanic store. I am not recommending. Also they taught me just go to the dealer for service, it doesn’t metter to the brand of the car. Just go to the dealer.

Hi, I just did the oil change at this location at 2300 hours on 9th Jan 2021 and the Manager Ali firstly, he has been too arrogant while talking and is very rude. Secondly while doing the oil change he picked up the car with his equipment and happened to damage the down portion of my car. On happening to inform him he told that this is nothing damaged. Who is going to fix this damage and bear for the car.? This is the first time coming at this location and it is my WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Will not even give single rating to this location. IS THERE ANYONE GOING TO FIX THE DAMAGER AND BEAR FOR IT???

Overcharged me for an oil change. I did not realize until months later that they quoted one price and charged another to my credit card when I had no other work done. Edit: I have a screenshot of what I was charged on my credit card. I was never provided with a receipt/bill of sale. That is something the business should have provided, without being asked and/or the business should have a record of what was performed. I can assure you that I asked for the cheapest oil change, I was told one price and even with tax I don’t know how it reached to be $73.45 as no other service was completed.

I've been going there since the other family owned it. Since this new family took over, the quality and honestly is not the same. It seems like my car got worst after they work on it, I started taking it to a different garage and confirmed my suspicion each and every time. The amount of money I've wasted there...save yourself the trouble, go elsewhere. On a positive note, I found a great new mechanic - I guess they helped in that way! I appreciate the offer, but with all due respect, I do not have any confidence in your quality of work - therefore will not return, even for free.

SSR was recommended to me by the CAA representative that swapped my soon-to-be flat tire with the donut. I took my car Thursday night at around 7, wherein they greeted me right away and I mentioned that I would like to have my tire plugged. They looked at the tire and mentioned that it was a pretty big gash and they'll try their best. Well, that they did! They went WAY above and beyond to get my tire fixed (two days before the Thanksgiving long weekend). Everyone there was absolutely amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend SSR. Got a flat late Sunday afternoon as I was about to drive out of town when most repair shops were closed. Took a chance on SSR Auto Service and was met with great service! Munir and Happy made room for me in the service bay and took care of my problem immediately as well as reattaching a pesky loose corner of my front bumper without even being asked - most mechanics would just pass you on to a body shop for that. The charge for their friendly service was so shockingly low I just had to give them a tip. Highly recommended! See you again soon, my friends.

Disaster of a shop. Waited more than an hour to even be talked to. Was asked to leave my car behind for 2 hours. No problem. They tell me they checked the fuses and ran it through the tests and try to send me to a car electrician. Well guess what? When I went home I looked up the issue. Found out someone else had an issue with a blown fuse in the rear box. I go down to my car, pop a fuse over, and bingo. I found the problem myself. Absolutely useless, wasted my $40. I doubt you even tested anything or you’re just clowns. Do not ever go here.

Don't bother going here unless it is an emergency and you need after hours services. The only good thing about this shop is them being 24/7. My experience: Called ahead, asked for a quote to plug a tire puncture. Was told it was 25. When I got to the shop they plugged it and then said it was 40. Told them they quoted me 25 on the phone...they said the higher prices is because I have a BMW....last i checked the make of a vehicle makes absolutely no difference in plugging a tire. They didn't even touch the car other than lifting it up. Crooked

I had a leak under the engine and took it to SSR. They replaced my power steering cooler. They only provided a receipt when I asked and only if I fill it out. Then the next day the battery died. I wondered if they left the car on ACC and drained the battery, but they denied it. They replaced the battery. A few days later, the car started leaking again. This time I took it to my regular garage. They said the power steering lines were rusted and needed to be replaced. Why SSR didn't see this is beyond me.

Went for a simple tire puncture repair. They broke my drivers side running board. They tried welding it to repair but it needs replacement. The mechanic claimed he thought they were folding running boards. Was he blind? After tire repair, he tried to drive the truck out of the garage not realizing the two rear tyres are still on the jack. If I hadnt told him, my truck would be badly damaged. Complete and total incompetence. Please please please avoid this place!

AMAZING service and GREAT prices! Learned about SSR Auto from a friend who had gotten his Toyota Corolla fixed up from there. He had brakes fixed and wheels aligned. Even got a complimentary service to have a back camera from Amazon installed. All in all I have to say is that they’re very honest, trust worthy, and knowledgeable. Last two weeks ago, I went there with my car's problem. The car was shaking. They fixed it, after driving 2h it happed again. I went there location again and they fixed it I paid again. After 2/3 h driving same problem. One day I went there location 5 times and used towing car. Every time, they said your car is ok now but it is not. after two weeks, I got the same problem and went to a different auto repair shop. Don’t go there.

They take their customer for guaranteed. I came here several time, but they have the same problem. It takes too much time they seem to prioritize people from their own country, and forget about you. Last time I came here to change my bulbs I waited one hour and 20 minutes and couldn’t get lights changed. Few Pakistani peoples came after me and head their worked done. Really disappointed maybe won’t come back again thank you.

Usually I go straight to the dealership for my maintenance, however, on this occasion I decided to try out this garage. Right from the start they were extremely helpful, they saw to me right away without any waiting time. My oil change was very quick and they did exactly as I asked them and at a very reasonable price. I was so impressed I returned again this time to change my brake pads, and again it was a great experience.

For oil change or tire rotation it's a great place. For other work, look elsewhere. The guy does not know how to price (Manager is out of touch and is not a mechanic). Negotiate beforehand and do not wait until the work is done. They changed my ignition coil and charged me an arm and a leg for it and the coil lasted only two weeks. For oil change or tire rotation great place and no to other work.

Highly recommend. Professional, reliable, top notch service. I had a gas tank related emergency as I was leaving Toronto (car was packed and I’m from out of town ) at 6pm. Car was towed and brought to SSR. The owner, Ashraf, was very kind and empathetic. Although very busy at the time, the job was done very quickly and we got back on the road later that night. Excellent service across the board.

They spent so much time pushing my car into the garage last night at like midnight. Broke my axle and car wouldn't move or steer properly Got me a quote and fixed my car by 5pm the next day. The price was fair and I can't believe I've been going all the way to Markham to get my car fixed when I have a reasonable mechanic so close to my house. I can't thank then enough for the speedy service.

I'm shocked I was able to get my side mirror replaced today! I came all the from Richmond Hill, skeptical that they could help me but they were able to replace my broken side mirror with a brand new one! And all for a very reasonable price. I'm telling everyone I know about these guys. Nabeel and Ivan were very courteous and knowledgeable. Overall a very pleasant experience. 10 STARS!

Very unreasonable prices. They won't negotiate the price before starting the work, and will try to get you to the shop, start the work and somewhere halfway through, they'll give an unreasonable overpriced quote. Owner seemed to be a nice guy but the overall vibe at this place is all about money grabbing. Only recommend it if it's an emergency since it's open 24 hours.

All reviews are fake. They are a bunch of rip offs. Work done is extremely unprofessional. Went there to get a quote and was told it would be $40 for a 2 min job. While there witnessed a worker trying to put back a customers old oil filter while doing an oil change. Only stopped because they customer called him out on it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Place is open 24hrs. I called maybe 2 hours prior to my visit. Nabeel assisted me and was very courteous, kind, and accommodating. I had a dinner to go to but needed my car serviced immediately. They took it and finished the job within 3 hours, enough time to enjoy dinner with friends. I will definitely be coming back to get serviced again.

I visited SSR AUTO SERVICE to get my regular tires replaced with winter tires, no appointment was needed, it was first come first serve type of service. They put the wheels inside the tires for me and installed the tires, it took them about 50 minutes to do so. It was a bit pricey but I'm happy with the service and will visit them again.

I went today for a safety certificate the owner said $120, I asked that the price is $80 he said 80 for new cars I asked what is the difference he said no need to check new cars. It really a very nice and less costly place for your car repair. Staffs are very friendly and co-operative. They charge $25 for tire puncture/patch. Checked all tires for puncture and air pressure in same amount. Instead Mr. Lube charge $49.99+tax and Canadian Tire charge $40+tax.
