We love the Clybourn location. It is not only conveniently located, but it is also immaculate every time we go there. The drive in area is such a bonus, and makes us feel much safer than other storage facilities without this feature. The prices are very reasonable. We have worked with Mario and have never been disappointed. His professionalism, courtesy, and kindness are all beyond reproach. Mario is always so helpful in addressing any of our concerns, and answering any of our questions, which is why we did not hesitate to come back for return business. It is a fantastic facility with incredible staff. Thanks, Mario! We have absolutely no reason to do business anywhere else.

Damaris, the woman who works in the office, is the *BEST!* I've rented storage from about 4 other places and my experience with Safeguard has been the best so far, and for most part, that is because of the exceptional service Damaris provides. Damaris always assists me with a smile and an eagerness to find the best way possible to address all of my concerns and needs. She always knows how to resolve any issue that comes up and does so promptly, professionally and with a great attitude. Damaris is always smiling and makes my day and other customers' days better too. As  a long as Damaris is at Safeguard, I will be at Safeguard for all my storage needs.

From start to finish, Damaris was excellent. Best customer service I've encountered in a long time. She greets with a friendly smile, is super knowledgeable and helpful and always keeps the customer at heart. I didn't end up using the storage unit I purchased - and she still worked with me in all the details of cancelation with a smile. Should I ever need storage again, this location on Clybourn is amazingly clean, easily accessible, has friendly personnel and all the amenities you'd need to move your precious items into a storage unit. I had a great experience working with Mario at Safeguard Self Storage. He clearly cares about the facility and making sure everything is top notch for renters. He very clearly detailed out what to expect as a first time storage unit renter and made sure I was comfortable with how the facility worked. I really appreciated the level of detail he went into when renting a unit and was amazed at how clean and well maintained the overall facility was. He went above and beyond and made sure I was able to get the best available unit while still showing me all the options I had!

Damaris helped me from the time i walked in to the time i left. I didn’t know anything about a storage never had 1 and she made me feel so comfortable and secured with purchasing my storage space.
