Complete lack of customer service, called first thing to ask about filling up prescription, I was told as I had not filled it recently and there was no refills they would need me to talk to the prescribing pharmacist when they were in later at 2:00 p.m. I then called it 2:00 p.m. was told by the person I spoke to that they would check with their manager then they called back and said they can't fill it because it's not something I take consistently even though it's not even a prescription that you would take consistently you take it in need for inducing a cycle when you don't get one so if you do get one you don't take it that month... What is the point of having a prescribing pharmacist if they don't feel comfortable prescribing what you need and this is just to help regulate a menstrual cycle it's not like this is some narcotic or drug I'm going to use to get high on completely insane and horrible customer service

Painfully slow. Three people working and no one takes the time to acknowledge you are waiting. So you wait and wait - then you get the standard 30-40 minutes to fill. So over an hour. Sigh. Initially this sleepy store worked for location only. I stuck with it hoping a relationship would improve it. Nope As there is no advantage to Safeway why bother ( no airmiles) the process of moving everything to superstore. So far one prescription 40 min on a Friday night. Compare to this store and their hours (. 6 days to get my availability and their open time to sync). If you think this harsh I am writing this after a Costco run at 9:33 Saturday morning - looking at a closed pharmacy. Looks like another miss

I started to use this pharmacy because of convenience. It was between home and work, and they were pretty efficient. The pandemic has really changed things. For example, I called yesterday to do a refill, and asked it to be ready this morning. I went at 2pm today, and they hadn't touch the refill. Oh, I should mention there was no pill counting required, as they just stuck a label on a box. I was also suprised a few weeks ago, that of all the staff in the entire store, it was a pharmacist who couldn't wear a mask correctly. Once everything calms down, I'm going to move pharmacies.

Their fax machine is constantly broken. I guess they can't afford a $20 backup fax machine. Tried to refill my prescription. The phone gave an option for them to contact the doctor's office for a refill. Then they told me at the front counter it was my responsibility to contact the doctor's office. Why have that option then? I transferred all my prescriptions to shoppers drugs. Don't go here.

The service is occasionally unreliable. The pharmacy assistants , except for one with diligence, are incompetent and overtly indifferent; something that cannot be said about the pharmacists. Sadly, the latter’s image suffers from the disorganized manner of the assistants’ service. Plenty of room for improvement.

Always helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmicits are friendly, and I always appreciate their advice and time they take to show products in the aisles when they are not too swamped. The phone in prescriptions are the way to go, a. D always accommodating. Easily one if the best pharmacies ever.

Terrible service. I paid full amount, but they were short supply. It was said that supply will arrive on next Monday. I went there for pickup on Tuesday and now they saying that it will be available tomorrow. No apologies. Definitely I will not buying my medicine from them again.

For me - the reason i go to this pharmacy - is that the staff is great. They know me (and i know them). Much more so like visiting friends than just getting my meds refilled by staff. This pretty much goes for the whole store.
