Terrible service from the young girl in the counter who forgot to give me my nigiri and didn’t even offer an apology after I’d been sitting beside my partner while he eating his meal. We had to ask for it in the end about 20 mins later. It was pre boxed, it should have been the first thing out. Food was ok but can’t say I’d be back after being ignored in store like that.

A welcome addition to Springwood's food scene. Takeaway sushi is the go here, but there is a small handful of tables inside where you can sit and enjoy your sushi, sashimi, poke bowls, udon and ramen. There was no okonomiyaki, takoyaki or karaage (disappointingly) on the menu on my visits, as mentioned in previous reviews, but there's enough on offer nonetheless. Service is incredibly friendly and efficient.

Food here is great. Tried varieties of sushi, pokebowls, tantan dry ramen and all taste good. Although the space very small inside but service is very efficient.

Absolutely number one spot in Springwood, couldn't ask for a better sushi place than the almighty Sushi Saint. Staff change often but remain as nice friendly people, food is always top quality, 5/5, one of the best spots in the Blue Mountains.

Insanely good Sushi. I've eaten there at least 5 times since they've opened and the food has always been more than exceptional and the staff are very friendly. The sushi rolls seem expensive but they pack so much in them that I eat only 2 rolls where in other places I eat 3... The cost ends up being the same when you consider that. Highly recommend.

My daughter loves the food and the service is lovely.

Three of us popped in for a quick lunch. I had the shoyu ramen (pictured), and the others had miso ramen. The broth was flavourful, pork juicy, but the onsen egg was the highlight. The yolk was perfectly set and salted. I recommend this restaurant.

Sushi filling was lovely. The rice was pretty mushy but ok still. But the reason this is getting 3 stars is the price. One sushi roll was $5 (I got tuna and avo but this was the standard price for all). I have never seen sushi this expensive before especially when it isn't gourmet.

Was so excited to hear that there was finally a Japanese restaurant in Springwood, and the food was absolutely fantastic! Ordered the pork donburi and a ramen and both were divine. Staff were so friendly and accommodating as well. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!

The best Sushi in town, it is our weekly Thursday lunch spot.

I’m so excited that Springwood finally has Japanese! We ordered the salmon sashimi, katsu donburi, karaage, and a salmon poke bowl. Everything was beautifully presented and most importantly tasted delicious. Will definitely be back.

Best sushi in the Blue mountains I feel. Great proportions, lovely people, gluten free options. Opening nighttimes on Thursday/ Fri/ Sat! Can’t wait!

I went with a friend to try their ramen. the tonkotsu miso was incredible i absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a good meal i hope with time they can open up to dinners aswell, i would love to bring more people along :)

Family favourite of ours. Plenty of delicious fresh food. Always consistent and very reasonably priced. Lovely service. Business has real family owned feel which we always like in a restaurant. Highly recommended.

The sushi there is really nice. Their ramen isn't anything special but its fine for what it is. They've also changed to paper bags which is super great for the environment.

Nothing special about their ramen. Tonkotsu broth is overtly watered down, not the traditional broth that is slow cooked over time.

Food was divine, staff were friendly and the atmosphere was great. I'd recommend Saint Sushi to anyone, can't wait to go back!
