The address on the website does not take you direct, this needs to be addressed as it will make people not turn up because they cannot find it or be late for appointments through no fault of the customer. The address takes you over the other side of two car parks and as there is no signs excerpt for a small one outside of the door it’s difficult to find. No communication from reception regarding delay in my appointment time, a simple “apologies for the delay but the doctor is still with the patient” is all that’s needed instead of assuming I know why I’m kept waiting 30 minutes, communication is so important from reception staff. Not enough time booked for said appointment even though staff were aware of what was needed so another appointment has been booked which isn’t convenient but has to happen. Not a great start but they were recommended so we will see. Although the doctor was very apologetic and explained as to why there was a delay and what appointment time was needed for my visit. She was also very chipper too which makes a massive difference and worked quickly to get the information needed priory to the next appointment. Thank you for your response below although incorrect, I was asked to come 10 minutes earlier than the appointment time (paperwork had been filled out the day prior) which I did and I was seen. At 0956hrs equating to 21 minutes delay. It’s the lack of customer engagement which is the issue here. Regarding your address, it is not correct and whilst I was there two other people were also late due to this. Another family member of mine also couldn’t find it with the address in the satnav, we can’t all be wrong. The double appointment does not extend in my day to day timings when I had other appointments to meet and apparently this double appointment was not booked (told to me by practice staff). As I have previously said, all this could have been avoided with a simple, “we do apologise for the delay are you content to wait? And we will look into the location issue also”, as was told to other clients who also couldn’t find it. This is just feedback as requested, we can’t all be amazing all of the time, have a nice weekend.

It was my first visit to the Salisbury Family Care medical clinic. I was ever so impressed with all aspects of the care I was shown. The receptionist could not have been more welcolming, helpful and friendly. It sure helped as I was seeing a new doctor, which I am sure a lot of people - including myself- find stressful. I saw Dr Ayesha:- she is extremely caring, compassionate , thorough and competent. I would like to thank them both - their wonderful care has ensured that Salusbury Family Care will certainly be my new medical clinic. I am more than confident that I will always be treated as an individual lady, and I am looking forward to the competent, continuing care I know I will receive. I have been looking for a reputable GP Practice for some time for my son who has very complex health care needs. We are so happy and fortunate to find Salisbury Family care and their absolute patient centred approach to excellent quality care. From the lovely and very capable Krichelle at the front desk to the thorough, gentle, and caring Dr Lim, I am super impressed. My sons first visit felt as though he had been a patient there for years, finally he is in safe hands!

Staff are friendly and empathetic towards my family and myself. I would recommend Salisbury family care to anyone. I have been with Dr Watson since I was a child and now my 4 children and 2 grandchildren now are patients of his. He is a great Doctor and really listens to you and makes time for his patients. The clinic are thorough and ring me when I need an urgent appointment within the same day

Would highly recommend this clinic, one of the best I have been too so far, would also like to recommend Dr. Watson, he has been amazing with both my partner and I + kids, and is super thorough, communication 10/10. The staff are also amazing! and always call me when an available spot has come through, always friendly and approachable. The clinic is also super clean and welcoming.

Dr Zakaria Baig has been our family doctor for past 3 years and I can say he is a fantastic doctor. Gentle and down to earth. Great advice and always available, not rushing the patient out and he takes the time to discuss the issues. We are lucky to have such a great doctor. I can trust with his knowledge and experience. I’m currently having my medical GP working this clinic . The are super efficient & helpful with any issues I have on my health care. Also don’t I don’t forget to mention that admin and receptionist are so lovely and the Will help al the time . %100 I recommen this clinic by far.

This surgery is very good and the Dr's are very caring, I have been going there since it's opening and I'm very happy with all who work there. I would recommend this surgery for the dr's to care for your family

Had a. consult with Joshua. He is very interested in your welfare and helped me with urgent blood tests and ultrasound for my inflamed shoulder. Would consider changing doctors if he is staying at Salisbury

It's nice to find Doctors who really care. Got me in for an urgent appointment and didn't feel rushed when there. The reception staff are kind and caring. Would rate more stars but only goes up to five.

Doctor Colin Watson is exceptionally skilled and experienced. He has been a trusted, thorough, caring and professional Medical Practitioner for my family for the past 4 decades.

I’m always impressed with the doctors at Salisbury family care and the reception staff are always polite and very helpful . The waiting area is spacious also.
