Should of listened to the review that this place is a scam. Cancelling is so Inconvenient, and the place is crawling with bugs. The equipment and everything is covered with dust and half the time in the morning the staff would just unlock the door (late) and leave. I wanted to support a local gym but it’s too bad.

Best neighborhood gym. Every staff member is helpful, and the owners are the nicest people!! Please don’t go off of the few bad comments, this place has top of the line equipment and is always working on improvements in the facility because they truly care about the gym! Love this facility.

I appreciate this place. The owners are a great family that are involved and totally trendy with the youth and elders alike. It's a great place for an authentic, hard workout. Outdoor air with outdoor exercise equipment is a bonus! They have a new FIR sauna and cryo-plunge too!! Thanks

The trainers are extremely attentive, educated, and will definitely make you laugh at some point during the workout. They get to know all of their clients on a personal level and make wonderful adjustments for exercises to those who need it.

This fitness club is a hidden gem. There machines are top quality and smooth. Smaller club but they have all the equipment you need. This beats the larger 24 hour fitness chains that are typically crowded. They moved some of there equipment

I read some stuff about the air conditioning during summer, it's fine. The air is being cooled to an acceptable temperature. The machines are clean. Lot of gear usage but they don't leave stuff out. Haven't had any issues.

Love the location. Yes, it is small, both size and staff, but has good quality and variety of equipment, and staff are easy to talk to. It is never crowded, and other members are friendly. It is a great neighborhood gym!

Super friendly gym, quality equipment, half inside and half outside… go early or late during summer to avoid the heat for most machines. Cardio and most free weights are inside.

Really excellent experience during these times. All the amenities of a full gym but outside with plenty of ventilation and space. Highly recommend.
