Fantastic, it's hard to find a truck for a good price now and days but these guys were more than ready get me in a truck that fit needs. It's been 27 days and any questions or issues these guy are without a doubt very helpful. Ask for Evan or Cameron and you'll be in good hands. Can't express how great this expierece has been for me. Update on my experience with them, torque converter went out on my truck almost a month after I got it. Ev really made things right and helped me get it fixed due to a warranty on a recall part that was previously serviced. Anyways while it was being worked on they had me in another truck while mine was being worked on. Any other small dealership would've told me I'm SOL but these guys and I know owner takes care of their customers and I plan on buying more vechicles in the future from them!

Mr Evaristo helped me so much throughout the whole process and helped me learn more about credit and many more great advices that I will carry on with me. Salesman Ev gave my son and me the best car buying experience i have ever had. And I've probably bought 10 cars in my lifetime. They do in house financing and my son got a better deal then the big banks were offering. If you need a car and its your first car or your tenth car go to Ev and you wont be disappointed. Good place to buy a car if you are arriving for the first time to the United States prices are high but I guess it’s how dealers do it. About the customer service perla who helped me with my credit and everything she helped you as much as she can she is such a good helper if you don’t know about something she help you with the car and she is always open to help Also San Fernando has cash payments and card payments that makes easier everything you can call and do your payment Thanks

I would give it zero stars if I could. I do not reccomend this place. They sold as a 2013 f150 last Friday and we just took it to the shop for an engine light and rough running and found out it has coolant in cylinder 1 and cylinder 2 so it needs a new motor. 4x4 doesn’t work and the A/C doesn’t work. This is also after the two rentals we had from them both had engine lights come one a day after driving. This place does not properly inspect and fix vehicles before they sell them.

Saw one car I liked I wasn’t sure I could afford it but Idelfonso made Everything possible for me to drive out of the lot with it. Free oil changes while I’m paying it off brand new tires and stereo and a nice detail before leaving the lot. Also the young lady (Leila I believe her name)who wrote up my contract was fast and very exact to explain every single sheet I signed. Definitely thinking of coming back for an SUV after I pay off my car.

I have to say that I am impressed with the customer service that I received when looking for my truck. I did hear from one of the employees that they have a new sales manager by the name Evaristo Gaytan. After a few minutes of looking around, Mr. Gaytan came to greet me and answered all my questions. I am now in the process of getting my Ford F-250 and will definitely recommend San Fernando Motors to all my family and friends.

The salesman Alex, who is no longer employed there was awesome to work with. Now that he is gone I won't be doing any further business once my vehicle is paid off. Collections people call you the same day your payment is do BEFORE business hours are even over, way to pushy, as the payment isn't even late at this point. I am overall happy with the vehicle I purchased.
