Extremly unprofessional service. During the initial booking Saraswathi Car Rentals will not inform you about hidden things, 1. They will show you diffrent vehicle and actual vehicle is very bad. 2. Some other person will accept your booking and owner of vehicle is diffent. 3.Driver stopped our vehicle on the road in the middle of the road for 1.5 hours for payment relared issues. When we tried to call Saraswathi Car Rentals offical person he was not responding for 2 hours, 4. Dont trust these local companies and if you want peace of mind book your vehicle with RedBus or other professional companies.

The car was neat and clean and also spacious. It's so easy to book from this site and no hidden cost are charged from us after the trip. On our family trip to Wayanad, when we knew nothing about this place, the Driver - Prabhakar ji, was very polite and helpful. Not only he helped us with the famous places to visit but also helped us a lot in finding a good "Pure Veg Restaurant". A special thanks to Prabhakar ji
