Terrible customer service today. I grew up in my current same neighborhood. My family and I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. The quality has gone down and the prices have gone up. But for nostalgia and closeness I still occasionally choose them. But today has effected that choice. This will now be my third issue in a row with my orders of values over $60. My 20 traditional sauced wings came to us bone dry. I called with in minutes of receiving my food and was offered for sauce to be brought back to my house. Okay perfect - I’m less than 3 minutes away no problem. Over 20 minutes later I call back to check on my sauce that has not arrived for my now cold wings. I am told that “I’m not in the car with the driver I don’t know how long it takes to get back from your house ma’am, there’s nothing I can do for you.” I ask for new wings and mention that the pizza was also not made well - crust was old tasting and also basically sauceless. Our order had the value of $75. I was berated for being unreasonable before being told new wings could be delivered only if I gave back the old wings. When I argued this unsanitary petty practice that feeds food waste, since they can not/should not be reusing this food, I was told more how there was no way I would be keeping this food if I wanted new food. New food that is being requested because my order was not done correctly and their estimated wait time was excessive for what could have been a simple solution. The last time this happened I was offered new wings immediately with no hassle and that customer service is what kept me coming back. But I have been talked down to, lied to by a second manager that I had an option of a refund instead - that was never given, received subpar food and service, and waited a total of 90+ minutes before giving up with only slightly more sauced wings than I had to begin with…

Happened upon this gem of a pizza shop by pure luck! We live about 20 miles away but were on the side of town for some home renovation shopping that I had to do. We arrived a bit earlier than they're opening time and they were very accommodating to allow us to come in, sit down and eat, they had opened early due to a large order apparently. I have never had a better pizza in my life this seasoning. The sauce is so unique and delicious. Their cheese is excellent and high quality in the crust is so light, airy and crunchy! The owner actually brought our pizza out and I found out they are from the same hometown as my family in NY! Excellent price too a large 16" pep pizza loaded with cheese for only $10! BY FAR THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN THE STATE OF ARIZONA!

Just ordered from the 19th & Union Hills Location. They had a line almost out the door and still had time to make my pizza this perfect (see photo). As if that's not enough, the young lady who appeared to be the manager, was training two individuals during this time and did not fail to greet EVERY person who entered the restaurant. If you enjoy well made pizza to your specifications and PHENOMENAL Spaghetti and Meatballs (or Chicken Parm), get yourself to Sardella's. The food is enough to sell them, the service makes you come back over and over!

They have two different kinds of crust for people who eat gluten free. I got the amore pizza and a gluten free cauliflower crust for my friend. I only gave 4 stars because they have the 10, 15 and 20% tip button you have to choose before you can pay with a card. I don’t think you should have to tip more than a dollar for self pickup and only if you want to. ( personal opinion)

Most of the time the food is good. We love the everyday pepperoni special. I gave 3 out of 5 stars because we have gotten multiple pizzas with cat hair and synthetic fibers in them. We don’t order again for about a month and hope we don’t get any hair next time. Like a lot of hairs, guys. I eat around them, and don’t try to get my money back, but for real it’s so gross. Please, work on the hair. It mostly looks cat but also some synthetic fibers. I’m going from box to plate with zero cats around me. I’ve tried my best to explain it away but no more. I will be back eventually but I will need a refund on the next hair pie. Thanks for your hard work!

I put in for pizza to be square cut and well done with 3 topping. Got about 3-4 of each topping, a pale pizza I had to finish cooking at home an it was cut into both regular slices and squares needed toothpicks to eat the tiny piece. Save your money and stomach and go some place else. Most of that pizza was thrown out. This is the second and last time I go there, Little Caesars would be better.

Update: Tonight, we decided to give it another chance, and this time, they did excellent! The pizza was perfect and delicious & the wings couldn’t have been better! The manager addressed our previous issues, and was very helpful in resolving them beyond my satisfaction. I’m really glad we gave them another chance. Just goes to show that anyone can have an off day, but more often than not, Sardellas always provides a very high quality product and they have earned our business. Looking forward to our next visit!

Okay so first off the pizza's not very good. They add more sugar into their sauce than any other place I've seen. If you think it tastes good it's because you're a sugar addict and they're tricking your taste buds instead of using authentic flavors. Secondly they run deceptive advertising. They put a sign on the front of their store that said new lower prices and their prices have actually increased. And yet they claim to be a Christian company.

We have been eating at Sardella's so long as I pull up to the location we start singing the old jingle ""Sardella's Pizza and Wings going to Sardella's is my favorite thing, sardellas"" My wife ordered 15 pizzas for a football party today. We got a large pepperoni and sausage pizza and a small order if hot wings. it must have been an off night the pizza was over cooked and dried out. the sauce wasn't right it was extremely salty. We got the large pepperoni and spicy honey mustard wings. They were so good we ordered more wings to go. My kids can be picky eaters and my daughter, who usually eats a slice only, threw back 3!! Good food and great service ! We stopped by after my son's game. He was in a bad mood because he lost and Heather gave him pizza dough to play with until our food came and kept checking in with him. He eventually smiled and forgot about the game. I'm glad we stopped in. Just like I remember it. Family friendly and good food.

I give this place 5 stars for their service alone! They are always super friendly and helpful. The pizza is ok, but the wings are pretty good.

My rating is based on one item i ordered, the wings. These wings are the smallest I've ever seen, definitely not worth $8 for 5 chicken nugget size wings (my 6 coworkers named them). To put it on perspective, a toothpick is taller than these wings. The location looked presentable and clean. More

The Pizza was amazing! Very flavorful and rich. The pizzas were not too greasy and had just the right amount of cheese on them. The service was pretty quick and the employees were very respectful. I'm will definitely be coming back to have their pizzas once again …

Quality is kinda going downhill. Last couple of pies have been overcooked. Drivers could take more care delivering, most recent order had all the toppings on one half of the pizza due to being held at an angle. Good quality if you eat there, not so much on carryout/delivery.

Not sure what happened to their wings. Order 40 wings and these are what I got. They are the size of my pinky. Not even enough meat for a whole bite. For 60 dollars I will be going somewhere else from now on. The pictures show the wings next to a Costco 16 oz water bottle.

1/14/23 ticket #50 2:58pm - deliver at 6pm. Pizza was cold & hard. Was obviously baked early and left sitting. Not edible. Had to re-order from competitor. The side Oder - wings were good.

I came on here to write a review about how the one on lake pleasant makes this one look like they aren't the same company but someone beat me to it. They were obviously overwhelmed which isn't an issue but they kept telling me that my order

One of my favorite place to take my family... or treat myself. Pizza is good, garlic knots are out of this world. I always get Rigatoni and meatballs... everything is always cooked to perfection. Nice portion size and hard to beat every day

Unsanitary, overpriced, and half the time the produce they are topping your pizza with is slimy and expired. The gluten free process is MADE to get people sick, employees LOVE to stand around, leaning on counters or sitting on there phone

I’m new to N Phx area and was checking out pizza delivery options. When I came across Sardella’s and looking at their menu along with reviews I was sold. Ironically I didn’t order pizza, I ordered chicken parmigiana, meatballs and wings.

Customer service great! The pizza was ok, the dough was quite chewy. The sauce on the was were really good, just wish the skin on the chicken wasn't soggy.

Amazing pizza for the 15 years I've been eating there. Tonight I felt the wings were small. They were back out at no cost to fix the issue. You can't beat that type of customer service. I'll always love this place. Amazing job, guys.

Crispy at the same time soft slices of pizza. Wings are perfectly drenched in a vinegar hot sauce crispy on the outside and perfectly cooked inside. Sardellas has always been staple on AZ. hands down its underrated

There was hair on our pizza. I called to inform them only to be told rudely (by a lady) call corporate because they can do anything about it. I was still talking to her and she hung up. Definitely not going back.

Both of the sardella brothers have great pizzeries. They take pride in their product their employees take pride in what they serve. I can't recognize they're wonderful order pizza and Enjoy More
