Had an emergency with my pup. Even though it was past 6 and they didn't know me, they still came through and treated my pup (back to his naughty silly self now) The doctor was truly amazing, took his time rathan than rush through and also took the time to explain every detail to me.

We were late in taking our bird to them. Our bad. But what they did for it was unbeatable. Best services. Even my own doctor doesn't treat me this way when I'm sick. Thank you so much for being there to help us several pet owners to have a great option to choose.

Brought my parrot who was really sick, the Doctor who dealt with us ( Dr Alveri ) was extremely nice and knowledgable in her field. The prices also are reasonable. Would definitly recommend to others :)
