I absolutely couldn’t recommend Scott more. Even from the first phone call I got a good vibe and never felt pressured like I had with other dealers. Such a lovely guy to do business with, fitted around my plans and schedule graciously. Nothing was too much trouble, he even helped me reprogram the bluetooth system (I’m a technophobe) . I love my new/used car, it was immaculately detailed and well priced. He let me drive it to my own fussy mechanic during the test drive who couldn’t fault it in anyway. I got a fair price for my trade in and Scott is even going to post me back the Etag I accidentally left in it. ‍♀️ A very trustworthy guy and the whole process was easy and seamless. 10/10! Happy customer.

Gives you a lot of promises but doesn't deliver. I bought a car in January 2019. He gave the car a 3 month warranty period, during which any reported faults he said will be fixed. This was a major reason I bought a car from Mr Gibbs. Within a week found that the car sends strong fumes everytime, I fuel up the car. Reported this issue, took nearly 2 months to get the car from me, but never got it fixed. To get him to respond to calls is in itself a big feat, as he usually doesn't pick calls and they go to voice mail. It's been 8 months and the fuel tank is still not fixed. Regret buying a car from him. Doesn't keep promises.

Spent a couple of months searching for a better car to replace my old one and I stumbled across Scott Gibbs location. Upon first impression of Scott I was blown away by his warm hospitality and respect. Scott allowed me to get a pre-purchase inspection for the car that I was buying at my local mechanic and my mechanic was blown away with how well the car was maintained.
