Usually they are really nice and efficient, BUT, occasionally your emails may go to their Trash account, so occasionally a follow up is necessary. Then 'some' staff say they do Saturday delivery, some staff say they don't. Either way, I have had Saturday deliveries at no extra charge. TODAY, unfortunately, all of the above happened, not a biggie, unless dealt with by a Shane who, from the offset made everything my fault and my problem... I DIDN'T send an email 2 days ago (I did, have confirmation AND it was on the cover when I REsent it to him today, he still wants to argue.) THEN, I asked for Sat delivery, they won't/don't do it, but I can have it done IF I pay. (I told him, IF he had looked at my email on Wed, they could have delivered it on Thur or Fri, and not tell me at 5pm Friday that it cannot be done tomorrow, again I didn't send it, not their problem.) He goes on to tell me to fill out the repeat script order online, it would be easier, I said I had another script that I needed filled, hence the email. He tells me they do NOT fill a script over email. I said they DO and have done it before on many occasions. He tells me that that was a favour and not a right, so I was lucky..... This man blocked me at every turn, he was rude and belligerent. BECAUSE of him, and him alone, I have had the pharmacy on the corner call Script and get all my scripts, daughters and husbands transferred to their pharmacy. Unfortunately, because of Shanes treatment of their customers, Script has now lost all my families future business.... The new pharmacy will have my scripts ready for collection tomorrow morning and because they are only a block away I don't need a delivery :)

Parking is poor/paid; there are assigned stalls but somehow more cars in stalls than there are customers in store. Can't entirely blame the pharmacy for this since it's the drivers that are abusing the spots...but indeed this needs to be monitored/enforced. However, there are indeed problems within the pharmacy.... I called ahead to ensure that pharmacy had sufficient stock to fill entire script and they claimed they did...except they only had 2/3's available when I arrived to pick up. No one likes extra trips... especially when you've asked in advance. To make things worse, they confirmed my insurer prior to arrival and then told me in-store that I had to pay 'full price' because my insurer 'doesn't cover this medication' ...except THEY DO...and HAVE FOR YEARS. Visit was a complete waste of time and ended up leaving without meds; called back later to have script sent to my former pharmacy and instead the person that answered the phone kept trying to bypass that request and talked down to me like I somehow didn't understand the process...had to insist that they stop trying to redirect the conversation and simply do what had been requested. I'd forgive a place for singular mistakes but every aspect of the interaction was a fail....can't help but think that there are internal issues driving the lack of attention and service. Was told by someone else that I'd like this place because 'it has service like pharmacies used to give...they care about their clients'. Not a single thing they did demonstrated that...

If you're one of those people that thinks all pharmacies are the same, think again. Sure, you can get your antibiotic prescriptions filled anywhere I suppose. But unlike the big box pharmacies, at script you'll have a team of smart, polite, well spoken professionals available to answer questions and provide guidance to make the most of your experience. Maybe you'd like to know how to minimize the negative effects of those antibiotics on your digestive tract for example? Script's people are right there to provide you with answers, guidance and even have their full probiotic line available to compliment your antibiotic treatment. And that's just one example.. These guys freely offer guidance and suggestions without having to be prompted. As pharmacists they know a lot more than the general population and they sure go out of their way to impart that knowledge to their customers. On a couple of occasions one of the pharmacists has come up and volunteered information to me that he felt would make implementation of my particular prescription simpler and more effective. And he was correct. Lots of great additional nutritional supplement products available here at script as well. They seem to carry a number of specialty products and I believe they do special compounding too. Great products, smart, friendly, well educated staff with a feel of personalized service. Hope they keep up the great work.

I would very, very highly recommend script pharmacy for your health needs. I booked a consult with Aleem, and he went into so much detail with me in that consult - he was very knowledgeable and willing to listen to my concerns, questions, and inputs on my health. We went over my medical concerns with a fine toothed comb, and he promptly and willingly sent a very detailed writeup to my doctor that day to collaborate for my best interest. When inquiring about tests I was interested in, Aleem didn't hesitate to connect me with lab services, and as soon as the results came back, sent an email with an honest and guided update. I am so impressed, and will continue to return to this pharmacy and this pharmacist. Thank you Aleem and Script!

Excellent service from Script Pharmacy! I booked an appointment for a blood draw for a custom prescription, and when I arrived, we realized that they had prepared the wrong tubes (not due to an error on their part, just a miscommunication/misunderstanding on both their and my ends). They were quick to pivot and resolve the issue, and did so in a friendly and professional manner (i.e. zero attitude). My prescription was ready faster than I anticipated, too. The next day I had a few questions about the prescription, and the woman I spoke with on the phone was also friendly and professional. Strong customer-service mindset, quality products, knowledgeable staff.... top marks to Script Pharmacy!

Magnificent Service! The people working at this pharmacy are knowledgeable, professional, highly competent and most importantly, treat their customers like human beings. My child was fighting a horrible spell of illness and needed a prescription STAT that would alleviate her symptoms. Unfortunately the doctor issued a prescription to Shoppers Drug Mart and they took their sweet time in shipping it off to Script. Shawn (from Script) called them no less than 4 times to get the prescription in time so he could fill it before they closed. Thanks so much Shawn for all your help. You could have easily let it go (like they did) but your persistence paid off for us big time.

We were referred here by our optometrist as a compound pharmacy for an item they advised was covered by most, including our, benefit plans. We called ahead to ensure the product was available and drove over an Hour to have our prescription filled. Despite the instructions from both of our benefit providers, the pharmacist said he was ‘Not interested’ in running our coverage through and forced us to pay out of pocket. The pharmacy acknowledged this as a popular item they keep on hand so it would have been more appropriate to advise their refusal for direct billing or compound information during our initial call.

They have never had my prescriptions ready when they say they will. And instead of apologizing and getting me prescriptions ready, I have been treated to eye rolls, 20 minute wait, and multiple lectures on why they don't do what they say they will. Also, they initially told me they never take insurance, but they do, not sure what that was about, but I will definitely not be going back to this place!

Can someone please the lady who was working at the front on Monday November 8th 2021 at around 3-4pm to check her attitude? Like no need to be rude when I'm asking questions about a medication that I've never used before. Take a moment, take a breath, and listen to what the person is asking before cutting them off and barely answering the question. Geez.

I have been to this location a couple times and each time I have, I was greeted by their friendly staff. The owner, Aleem, is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and shows that he genuinely cares for his customers/patients. I love that they are a local business, as opposed to a big box pharmacy. So please go out there are support Script!

I am extremely satisfied with fantastic people and service each time I deal with Script Pharmacy. They are knowledgeable and very good at dealing with anything that comes up. Wowed by the service here, needed a prescription last minute before the long weekend and the man helping us went out of his way to call Shoppers to transfer my prescription and fill it. Even though they were closing didn’t feel rushed at all. Will be getting all of my prescriptions here. Also fastest prescription fill I’ve ever seen!

Switched from a shoppers drug mart pharmacy to using these guys, and I could see the difference immediately. Friendlier staff, a cozier location, and somehow cheaper prices on a specialized prescription. If you're using a chain pharmacy, I would definitely recommend giving these guys a try!

Needed a compound prescription filled same-day. This location was able to accommodate the timeline, but couldn’t direct bill. I ended up going to a different compounding pharmacy that could direct bill. Friendly staff here, only giving 4/5 starts due to the direct billing limitation.

Every time I go in to Script Pharmacy, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and helpful with alternative as well as traditional therapies. They carry the supplements I need and order any not in stock. Very satisfied with my experiences there.

They're very quick and efficient, but very expensive. The customer service is a little lacking, but given how busy they are, I can understand. They are definitely the go to if there's no compounding services near you, and will go out of their way to track down what you need.

I go out of my way to have my prescriptions filled here — they are the best pharmacy in the city by far! They once made a topical pain crème for me which they basically had to invent — it totally did the trick! Great staff, great parking and masterfully efficient

Service was better during my second visit. Not much info provided about the prescription. It takes at least 45 min to prepare my compound so I had to come back later in the day for it. Decent amount of free parking outside. Hours could be better in the evenings.

I can't believe I've used Safeway and Shoppers as long as I have. These guys are total pros and have no issues in extending prescriptions in a pinch where it makes sense. Also, the selection of retail health products is extensive. Great expertise and attitude!

Without a doubt the most helpful Pharmacy I have visited in calgary. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly, and the benefit of compounding medications is a bonus. I live 30 minutes away and will continue to use their services in the future.
