My family Doctor is leaving for the states so needed a new FP. Made an appt for myself and my husband. Dr Rubincik came in and cold. He took my info. I came with a list of meds, Dr’s I see and reason for seeing them. Went thru my meds and I have chronic cough which there is nothing they can. My respirologist tried everything so she gave me a script for Codeine and it is used when I have a really hard nigh. This Dr said that this drug is for pain and never heard of it for cough. Red flag because you can have cough syrup with codeine so he said he will not write a script for that He tells he will get my records from former family doctor and will let me know if he will accept me. I am a senior citizen and have a lot of health issues who specialists take care . He seemed young and not friendly and obliviously needs more training. Very bad experience and now still have to find a FP that will accept. He had no problem with my husband. Felt I was discriminated for having health issues and being elder

LEAVING A REVIEW FOR DR. KWOK My elderly father has patiently waited, in moderate discomfort, for several months for his appointment today june 5 to finally see a general surgeon about a hernia operation. I received a call from Scurfield Medical, Dr. Kwok’s administrative assistant two hours before letting me know the doctor was cancelling the appointment. Reason: she only sees hernia referrals at her Steinbach office. I kindly asked if she would reconsider letting us keep the appointment since we were already holding the time slot, since I took off work and now missing work to accompany my father, and lastly since he had waited a long time for this specialist referral. Answer was NO Dr. Kwok this was very unprofessional of you.! Why didn’t you just allow the appointment and then take up the obvious administration clerical error with your staff instead of inconveniencing a poor elderly gentleman. Shame on you. I question your ethics.

Keep cancelling your appointment. People make ahead of time appointments according to their work schedule. Sometimes cancelling them put us way behind especially when you are pregnant. Every appointment is made was canceled closer to the date and rescheduled for far later. It’s not convenient. Finally when i had my very first gyne appointment after 12 weeks, Dr. Gertenstein was not the best. She started the conversation with “don’t ask any questions. After i am finished talking you will have all of your answers.” As a first time mom this felt very rude and definitely she didn’t answer any of my questions. Just kept doing what she felt she wants to do. Kept updating the chart. There was 0 patient care and satisfaction. I don’t recommend this clinic or the doctors. Find something else please.

After coming from other doctors offices where you wait 30 to 45 minutes for your scheduled appointment to happen I can't say enough good things about not only this clinic and the way things are organized there but also my personal experiences with Doctor Patel. I find this office really focuses on how the individual needs and wants their care versus making the individual conform to how the doctor provides care

I made an appointment for 2:45 and I am still waiting to see a doctor! It's now 3:45! (Later)...Well, it took till just after 4 till I was seen. However, the staff were very helpful. I will go back again , it's just that they got to do something with how they run the walk-in part. There were so many other people being taken ahead of me, seems like it would have been faster to go to the Vic.

Dr Wong is incredible! I feel cared about and listened to. There are female doctors who are still building their patient lists for those looking for that. The pharmacist calls to remind me for refills AND they can deliver it. I feel very comfortable and well taken cared of here. The reception and background team are great - so friendly. I couldn’t be happier.

For my firs encounter Doctors seems to be fine. However they totally forgot to call me in a "few" day after visiting to schedule a surgery (15day past already). After number unsuccessful attempts to call I finally got a hold of them and YES they did not even knew why am I calling. The email on file was not belong to me either.

Met Dr. Qamar today for a meet and greet as my doctor was leaving. Although I was worried about having to get a new doctor, she put all of those worries at ease with her kind personality, efficiency and knowledge. Looking forward to working with you in the future, Dr. Q!

Dr. Cheung is always very helpful on my parents. He will go for the extra miles on explaining and giving us different options with his professional opinions. He is patient and very caring to all his patient. We are very glad that we found him!

Used to be a great medical centre. The doctors are great but the management is terrible. A long wait seems to be a norm, no matter calling for an appointment, making an inquiry or seeing a doctor. Just disappointing!!!

My parents been seeing Dr Cheung for several years. One of the best. Very caring, very knowledgeable. Staff are friendly and helpful. If I didn't have my own family doctor, he would be my first choice.

My daughter has been seeing Dr Girgis for a few months now and she absolutely adores her! Dr Girgis is knowledgeable, extremely friendly and handles my daughter with so much care, highly recommended!

Used to be a really well organized clinic but not any more. Things have changed over the past couple months. Waited over a hour for both an in person appointment and the second time by phone call.

Dr. Qamar is by far the most professional, personable, and talented doctor I have met. She is thorough, honest, and will go to great lengths to treat you as a patient.

Front end needs more staff. You could be on the phone for 30 minutes or more. Medical staff is top notch. Now have dr.vidal as my doctor , he is excellent!

Dr. Ryan Vidal has been very helpful and caring towards my family. He is very patient in listening to all our queries and answers it very clearly.

Staff are friendly, did not have to wait long, and Dr. Cheung seems knowledgeable and patient. Will return for future medical care.
