Went to tool department. TOOLS. The thing Sears is supposedly known for... Asked to see something on a tool. They refused. It was a display model, and they said if we opened it up, it could not be sold as new. Uh - it was a DISPLAY model. I left. Got a nice $300 saw at Lowes.
They dont have a basic phillips #2 screwdriver in stock. Inventory looks depleted. No cars in the parking lot. Looked like 10 employees for the whole store on both floors. If you shop here dont expect any warranty. They will be bankrupt and out of business in 2017.
I finally broke down and bought my first Tool Belt & someone with years of experience while wearing one. Recommend to stay away from Metal Loops for your hammer, I agreed & ended up at Sears. To achieve a Belt with Soft Loops had to buy the
BUYER BEWARE!! The "clearance" prices are not a good deal. I went to buy a refrigerator and when looking up reviews online, I found out that Home Depot has the same fridge for $200 less! It wasn't even on sale at Home Depot. Thinking it may
I have been a customer of sears for a long time and at every other store I've always been treated good and when needed, staff and management had stepped up to assure my satisfaction. However the Sears store located at the Antioch shopping
I visited Sears this weekend for two reasons: to buy a range/microwave combo and a new lawn mower. I had cash in hand, and I needed to purchase these items that weekend. Upon entering the Major Appliances department, there were five
The in-vehicle pickup worked great today!! I appreciated being able to stay in the car with my kids and have my items delivered to my car, instead of having to unload the kids and find the items inside the store by myself.
Very poor customer service in the tool section. Also poor policy on what used to be great tools, always owned craftsman and when there was a tool issue they replaced asap. Apparently that is not the policy anymore.
This store is not one known for hardware.but for clothing ,shoes, etc I love it! Always walk out with a ton of stuff to wear cheap!
Great place bought a hoover steam cleaner for $379 and it will last forever like my craftsman air compressor I bought new in 1991
They are going out of business, marked all their merchandise up so that they can reduce it during the going out of business sale
I am depressed. Sears used to be a good store with decent customer service. It is clearly on its last
GLAD, THRILLED that this place is going under! Horrible products and incompetent staff. Good Riddance!
It's been here forever and now it's closing. Reasonably priced. It's kind of a disaster right now.
Gave me a great deal on a Frigidaire Gallery in 2012. Thank you Sears!!!
