Not the best experience. I was charged the wrong amount (7% extra). It didn't click in my head at first as I just trust businesses when they charge me. When I looked at my receipt again I knew the price was wrong so I tried talking to the chef who took my order to correct the issue. He just kept arguing with me giving difference excuses, giving me three different prices over the course of my visit to try and justify it and then eventually saying he didn't care and to talk to the management the next day. I would recommend everyone double check your order total/receipts. If the service wasn't already bad, the guy said he made me a beautiful pizza and when I got home to look at it... the pizza was overcooked and burnt. The crust is black. Overall, it didn't taste very good. Have tried following up several times with management regarding my experience and every time the same chef answers and gatekeeps. He says they aren't there, and that he doesn't know when they'll come in. Lol even the first time he tried to lie and say he was the manager, later saying he isn't.

Gets a high ranking from me on the price to quality ratio (prices are very reasonable and the quality is good). Not much tomato sauce on the pizza but that seems to be an Ottawa thing so I don't blame them. I'll just get extra sauce next time. Crust is okay. I like it a little thinner & crisper but some people don't. Depends on your taste. The real star is the cheese. Had a really nice taste to it and the consistency was nice. This isn't cheap cheese. The cheese is what will have me coming back. Toppings are toppings and I'll never choose one pizza place over another based on toppings. So if in the Chinatown area, I heartily recommend giving their pizza a try. At the reasonable prices they charge you can't go wrong.

The prices are way way too high for the cheapness of the food. I've tried a few different dishes, from their Mexican, finger foods, side orders, and pizza selections. And have been disappointed by everything. It seems like anything that touches their fryer gets burnt. Their hamburger patties are the cheap frozen kind you get in a box. They taste like cardboard. Tastes like they use the cheapest ingredients available. And their Pizza is a disgusting mess. The only thing they've got going for them is the fact that they deliver pretty late, but I would honestly recommend going with pizza pizza before choosing anything off of the guys menu. Will definitely not be returning for further orders.

I have pictures but won’t let me post ... the worst place ever only good thing is they delivered out of range had to hang up on them when I called to complain because I was just livid. Horrible cook clearly he wanted to go home and rushed out food I spent 105.90$ to receive burnt bread and Greek dressing with my CEASER SALAD .... I would have tried to get a discount but I was just so upset I couldn’t even talk to the people so I just hung up. I will never ever order here again the lasagna isn’t even the best either clearly they charge way over price because I orders 3 lasagna and 3 ceaser salads ... the lasagna tastes like canned ravioli.. for the price this is ridiculous.

We ordered our pizza 2 hours early, asked for it to show up at 5:30, it showed up at 6:00, it was cold and it wasn’t even the right size of pizza. We called and asked for another to be delivered, or to receive a discount and the delivery man denied any discount and walked away, while on FaceTime and not apologizing for showing up late. An hour late another pizza came, and the SAME delivery man refused to give it to us, as we ate the first pizza recieved, because we were hungry ( at this time two hours later than originally planned). The delivery man took our empty pizza box and the SECOND pizza with our proper order and walked away. Won’t be ordering from this place again.

Initially I was happy with this place, how ever when I pay for an item I expect it to be part of my order when I spend 8$ which counted as 1/3 of my order practically and I don't receive the items which I paid for them it puts me in a very.. very unhappy mood. im not sure if you guys screwed me over and didn't give me my drinks or the delivery guys did. either way im very disappointed. another thing the food looks terrific however with out any plastic cutlery its very hard for me to enjoy my chimichanga. the cutlery thing isn't a big deal to me however not getting my drinks is a deal breaker and therefor you get one star.

Probably the worst pizza I have ever had outside of frozen pizza (this may have been frozen). Mine was burnt, badly, with newspaper stuck to the bottom which make me think it was dropped on the ground. I ordered Hawaiian, there was hardly and pineapple OR cheese on the pizza for that matter. It was bread and bacon. Not good. Would not recommend to anyone unless I wanted to ruin their day. Delivery also took well over an hour as well. Even the ranch that came with the pizza tasted bad. I am rating 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

Best delivery nachos I've had. Pizza is also consistently good which is a big plus. I've been burned by their lack of customer service. Ordered a 5 topping large pizza and got 2 toppings. I asked for a refund of the price difference or another pizza sent out and the guy at the pizza place just argued with me over the phone and blamed me. Any other pizza place that's messed up my order sent out another pizza. Skipthedishes also said they could not refund as it was a store issue. Use uber eats instead they at least can do refunds on missing items. 3 stars. Would have been 4 if not for the terrible service.

Ordered a buy 1 get 1 offer for the 2 for 1 pizza, meaning there should be 2 orders of the 2 for 1 but I only received 1 order. I called the restaurant and the employee was extremely rude. I hung up the phone when I realized he was not going to resolve anything and he began talking in circles. He then called me back again to continue blaming me for the mistake and continued to speak over me and never let me get a word in that all I could do was hang up on him. Came in here hungry on my way home with a friend, we got the medium 3-topping pizza walk in special per George's recommendation and it was phenomenal. The dough was perfect, the toppings generous and well distributed and the garlic dipping sauce they make is amazing. Highly recommend, it's a whole in the wall place but it rocks and they sell beer :)

Bought 4 small pineapple pizzas because there was a deal on Uber, half an hour before closing time. Clearly the cook is not concerned, the first pizza was essentially half pineapple, which was usually not properly distributed over the pizza; the pineapple appears flung in haste. Cheese minimal and should cover until half an inch from the edge of the crust. Dough does not even taste fresh! Even previously frozen and properly proofed dough tastes fresher. The least a pizza place can do is have fresh tasting dough.

On their website, it says 2 pizzas with two toppings each for 23.95. Tonight they totally ripped me off and I know for a fact because I was in there recently and paid the 23.95 for the same items. Tonight they charged me $6 for the dips, and together thats 23.95+6=29.95×1.13 for the tax... comes to 33.94... but they charged me $36 and continued to argue the price with me after I showed them their own price on their own menu! I get its a pandemic, bit $3 matters to me in these time too. Will not be going back.

I live really close by so I usually just walk over to pick up what I'm ordering. They're always whipping up fresh pizzas and putting stuff on the grill - the guys there are awesome! I always get my food nice and hot, and I know they try take pride in making things hot and fresh. I mean I watch them make it, so I know it's all being handled with care :) Considering the fair prices compared to some other "gourmet" pizza places in town, I think Season's has a good menu and delicious pizzas.

Again only if really needed. The online ordering works quite well and it's intuitive. However the quality of the pizza is just as in any other take away pizza business. Poor. Same goes for the chicken wings. No doubt that if you are watching a match, drinking or way too hungry nothing of the above may matter. But I just won't use this pizzas as a dinner alternative again. Is very convenient to have it in the neighborhood. I wish them the best, may they wish the same from their products.

Just recently discovered Season's Pizza and they are now my new favourite. They have the convince for me of being open late, everything i have tried has been delicious! Love the pizza and wing deal, also tried the bacon donair tonight and oh my gosh! It was amazing. Never have i had a bad experience here. I love that they are on skip the dishes! I've recommended them to my coworkers and they have come back to me saying the are glad they tried them. My new go to when eating out!

I just ordered from your company and I was pleased to find a place open so late at night. Except when the driver arrived, he was aggressive and rude. He said he’d been waiting outside for several minutes and he was angry. The instructions were to call me upon arrival and I went down promptly after being called. He wanted to argue and was increasingly nasty to me. I will never order from your company again if this how your employees think it is ok to act and treat customers.

Messed up our order when we wrote a note about 1 topping change. We did not eat or touch the pizza and all we asked for was our money back. The person on the phone (male) was extremely rude and would not accodimate us, he said he didn't care about the business and he won't be there in a month or two anyways. He continously told us he could make a new pizza and he did not want it anymore, at thi point it has been over 40 minutes. Extremly bad service and attention to detail.

Worst place ever to order from on skip the dishes. Ordered al large poutine and a bacon cheese burger platter and a drink for a total of 30$ And only got a burger and poutine. When I called there response was not our problem call skip the dishes. The burger didnt even come with lettuce or tomatoes either. Worst burger I’ve ever bought. McDonald’s makes a better burger and it’s 3x cheaper. Fries don’t come with the platter lmao. I wish I could rate this zero stars.

One of the best pizzas. Really nice staff, seems family owned. Very accommodating. Perfectly cooked, nice cheese ratio, if I lived nearby I wouldn't go to anyone else. Some people might complain but it is what it is. A classic pizza joint, walk in for a pie maybe a beer, they even have a tv to catch the game. Or order one of the best pizzas around. Plus the peppers are actually well cooked, not raw and not a dehydrated charred mess.

first time I went here, my girlfriend and I got the enchiladas and were so impressed. The second time we ordered here, we again got the enchiladas, and were disgusted when the tortilla came to us burnt and with no sauce (or cheese for that matter). I would have sent it back, but it was skip the dishes. The first time was 5/5 stars, the second was 1/5 stars, hence my grading. They loose points due to inconsistency.

ordered a rib and chicken 3 piece combo and i waited 1 hour, to the point i had to pick it up myself since it was so long. the fries tasted old and refried. the ribs were nasty and hard from over cook and frozen food. the chicken was also over cooked to the point the skin was hurting my teeth. 25 bucks wasted. id never come back here again. be warned. they really dont care about food quailty or service.

I order delivery, the wing platter (with Onion rings, fries and chicken wings) was hot and cold. The box was hot, and some of the wings were hot and others were becoming cool. The fries were cold and so were the onion rings. I was really grossed out by that because I have no idea how the food was heated/cooked/reheated and what the safety implications were. I'll never order from here again.

We were tired and hungry after a long day, but 2 minutes after stepping into Seasons their attentive, cheerful service put smiles on our faces quickly followed by a delicious, nourishing meal.

Seasons pizza's pickup special is unbeatable value as far as pizza goes. Decent pizza for a great price. It was my go-to in Uni and it still is today. It's not the best ingredients or the best dough or the best sauce - It's just solid, affordable and dependable. I've ordered the walk in special many times and was never disappointed.

I've been ordering pizza from these guys for a long time now and I like my pizza a certain way and when I call they remember. I wasn't able to order from them for a while and when I called again and told them my address they remembered me and how I like my pizza. Order their pizza and tell them how you like it and you won't be disappointed.

I got the $10 single topping small pizza and it was absolute quality. Definitely worth the money and the guy running it was very nice as well. They also have a great home made garlic sauce that I definitely recommend. Check this place out! Well worth it!

Just received my pizza ordered take out. Should have said something but the guy that gave me the pizza walked away after telling me it was ready and i was in shock. The pizza tastes good, but I ordered a medium and it looks like its a small. Will not order from them again and keep looking for the perfect pizza place.

Really great pizza, reasonable prices and very nice staff. You can get slightly cheaper pizza from fast food-style pizza places, but Season's is our regular choice because the quality and value is so much better. Really the best you can get in the area at the price point, and the price point is very reasonable.

The Chicken Caesar Salad can barely be called a salad. The chicken was dryer than cardboard and there were more croutons than lettuce. We ordered 2 large pizzas and got back 2 slabs of soggy dough with little to no sauce and dry cheese. The toppings were inconsistent and half the slices were devoid of toppings.

Great service, great cook, fries and delicious and the subs are even better! Will miss working around the corner from this place as the quality is always high!

as far as delivery/fast food pizza goes, Seasons is great. Not too greasy, not too doughy, always fresh and tasty. Great deals for pick-up and they're very friendly. We've been going there since we moved to the neighborhood 6 years ago. We've tried other pizza places but keep coming back.

Watch out for a scam their delivery driver pulled on me. I paid by debit. The driver said there was a problem with the debit machine and consequently had to input the price of the order three times into the machine. I found out later I was charged triple what the bill was supposed to be.

I used to live in the area many years ago and the pizza was great, service was friendly. I decided to try it again and this place has changed so much. The Pizza chef in the evening is the absolute worst. Unfriendly and horrible service. Not sure what was worse, the bad pizza or him.

I used to love their pizza and have been a customer for years, but lately their service has become absolutely horrible. At least twice I have ordered from them and been told it will be there in 30 minutes, and it ends up being up to 2 hours. I won't be purchasing from them again.

Awful. Worst chicken I have ever tasted...they also hung up on me mid call and I didn't know they were coming until they called. They never told me the total on the phone or told me the call was completed. They just hung up. Didn't even finish my food at all and now I feel sick

We had the ciccio pizza and were pleasantly surprised. Perfect amount of ingredients and the blend made your mouth dance with the different mix of pesto, garlic, feta and broccoli. Bright and clean, the dining area was quite welcoming. Took the menu but will definately go back.

Gave him 30 minutes to make a pizza he for got my order then try to off a smaller size to me my husband orders hear 3 times a week the guy had no clue now he will get no more business from us at all ther is alot more pizza shops then this good bye 500 bucks a month hahaha ha

I ordered a medium pizza, 20 wings and 2 drink combo. I didn't get the drinks. Period. My pizza was burned and my wings look like someone squished the box before handing it to me, and cold, and I ordered hot wings, and they weren't hot. First time, last time. Sad.

Definitely on the heavier side, but overall pretty good. It’s Ottawa-style so thick crust with all the toppings under the cheese which isn’t everyone’s thing, but the crust is fantastic and their free delivery is great. My delivery guy was actually early too.

We've only ever gotten delivery, But the pizza is always awesome and I absolutely love the chicken burrito :)

Never went to this place but had something delivered last week. Hands down the best nachos. All ingredients are fresh and flavourful. I ordered a fajita and Special Nachos. Sooo good. Will definitely be ordering again and trying their other menu items.

First time I ever ordered I get a medium pizza. Guys says 30-40 mins. An hour later a pizza shows up that looks like it withstood a nuclear blast. No wonder they were late, they were too busy over cooking the thing.

I loveeee their pizza here! I always get green peppers, mushroom and green olives. The crust is crisp, fluffy, and fresh. They have a great ratio of toppings, sauce, cheese and crust. Their garlic dip is the best.

Amazing pizza, usually come in the middle of the night. Service is a bit slow with just the one worker but he makes one of the best pizzas for the price.
