If you are not as skinny as the models in the windows, don't bother trying on any of the clothes. If you need help or have problems with the clothes and the store is busy, you are just inconveniencing the staff. I got a stuck zipper and needed help. Was trying to get attention by saying help. Got an eye roll into next week and a "what" by I thought the manager. Was just embarrassed and then left after changing back into my clothes. If there is a emergency and someone was yelling help they would mostly tell the person to call and walk away.

Very nice little boutique type store in downtown Austin. Lots of unique items appropriate for gift giving. Seems like they have a little bit of everything from clothes to little succulent plants to journals and planners. It is fun to just go in and browse. I think it is a little expensive, but that is typical for downtown Austin. They often have wine and cookies and a non-alcoholic drink of some kind on a little table when you enter the store. This a complimentary treat :)

Loved this shop! Meagan was incredibly helpful. She overhead a conversation I was having where I was struggling with what products to get for my curls and she jumped in to help. She is very knowledgeable and gave great detail and care into explaining the best steps to take to achieve my desired look. You can tell she genuinely wanted to assist and that truly makes such a difference when shopping - especially for hair are, skincare, etc. Thanks again!!!

Staff was patient and kind. Encouraged me to spend a little more to get way more hair product than what I would've got buying the smaller package. I've shopped here several times and it's always been pleasant. Everyone should at least take a peak of whats inside.

The 2nd Street location fixed a pricing error in my favor today without any grumbling like most boutiques would provide. I was in and out of the store really fast. I really appreciated the customer service provided!

Their clothes are cute but overpriced and the staff hardly acknowledges your presence. They talked loudly to each other constantly and hardly said hello even as I'm checking out. Don't think I would go back.

recently visited for the first time and i dont know what took me so long. it is an adorable store with gifts/clothing/haircare products! next time you get the chance be sure to stop in.

Pretty cool gift shop. Has some crazy items such as socks that have a lot of F bombs on them and ornamental candles with different movie characters in "angelic" poses.

I love this little shop! They have so many cute gifts, as well as funky Austin-themed home decor and art. One of my favorite places to pop in while I'm downtown.

Margaret is so awesome! I literally drive 40 minutes just to get a haircut from her and it turns out fabulous every time!! I wouldn’t go to everyone else :)
