horrible horrible horrible place so not get a storage unit here!! my friend's wallet was lost on the bus and everything in it, including the storage code. this place evicted him without even notifying him beforehand that someone was breaking in the storage using his code from his lost wallet. He was given till Friday to get his stuff out so he went on the Tuesday before that Friday to discuss what was going on. the lady at the front desk told him that his stiff was fine and he was not at risk for eviction. he came on Saturday to get his stuff and was told his stuff was gone and he could no longer have his stuff. my friend's storage payments were up to date. my friend has made numerous calls and attempts to get his stuff. he has gotten nothing but the run around and his entire life is in that storage. why is my friend being punished for losing his wallet? now he lost all his personal belongings because this company never communicated that someone was using his code from his lost wallet to gain access to storage building. you would think a professional place would reach out to their customer to let them know what going on and give them a new code! my friend replaced his ID, debit cards and anything else important you would think to replace. He was never informed of a situation with his code, just evicted. THIS PLACE STOLE HIS STUFF. DO NOT GO HERE! MY FRIEND IS INJURED AND JUST HAD SURGERY. HE HAS A UROSTOMY POUCH. THIS IS HIS THEY ARE DOING PEOPLE EVEN THOUGH THEIR EMPLOYEE TOLD HIM HE WAS OK.

Recommended! Store your things here! Not only are the staff here pleasant from day one..... But the prices are on the lower end of overall costs. The staff monitor the 24/7 Security Cameras on the property - there are also a couple Security staff whom patrol the property multiple times a day. Hours of operation are 6am-10pm. Staff are available until 6pm. Barrel locks on units, dry, clean, trolly carts provided by the facility, big elevators, temperature controlled, and the led lighting is great. Online quotes, fast and friendly services. That was one of the reasons I opted to come look at SecureSpace - John actually took the time to personally call me and answer any questions I may have had in regards to my storage/rental needs; after I got my online quote, I was called within minutes of clicking on a possible reservation on the unit. As I continued to price check the other Storage facilities in the area; SecureSpace - hands down - the best in Town. No hidden fees, hassle free, sign the line and get your unit. Simple, easy. Replacing costs are fair and the insurance cost is also quite reasonable. I've honestly never had a better experience anywhere else. Happy hunting - but your missing out if your not renting from this business on 162nd and Division. - John and Craig - sincerely thank you again.

The facility and employees are great. The cleanliness is much appreciated, as is the lighting and presence of security during closing time. The lack of parking is a critical failure that forces people to park and wait in line along the fire lane designated for emergency vehicles. People rightfully want to create a line and wait their turn. Alternatively, folks who choose not to block emergency vehicle access and follow the law must circle the block with no way of ensuring someone else will not take the next available parking spot. Management turns the other cheek to keep order, but put everyone’s safety at risk. There are not enough carts for everyone to use, nor is there any posted guidelines for use. Folks can take as many carts for themselves and hold on to them for as many trips to and from their unit as they please. This can go on for hours. Post guidelines for cart use and make clear when folks sign their lease that they aught to plan on bringing their own cart, because borrowing a facility cart is far from Guaranteed. Moving items into a storage unit can be very stressful, and the cart situation creates unnecessary conflict between customers. I think the facility can do a better job at helping individuals know how to share the carts and manage their expectations.

Only three parking spaces... only four carts (that is when they haven’t been stolen)... for hundreds of storage units!!!!!!!!! Every single time we’ve gone, there have been no parking spots, and no carts. We got there ten minutes to closing and finally were able to access our unit. What a joke. We’d planned to keep our stuff there for 2 months, but we’re seriously considering taking it somewhere else. I will say, there is a security guard that works at night, and he gets five stars. Don’t know what his name is, but he went hunting and asked someone to let us use a cart. Above and beyond for that guy! And the staff during normal hours were nice too, but as for the actual using of the storage unit, which is the part that really counts, it is AWFUL. *UPDATED* we came in the middle of the day, and there were two parking spots and three carts. At night, it is always packed. So just FYI, i added a star for the during the day use of our unit, but seriously, only THREE spots and four carts?!!!!

As we all know customer service is pretty much non existent anymore. Not the case with the two amazing ladies in the office, Jen and Esther. I arrived close to closing due to some things I had going on. Which is not fair to people who work there cause like all of us we want to go home when it's time. They had no issue with that at all. Jen took excellent care of me getting my lease agreement put together and explained everything perfectly. Then Esther showed me how to get to my unit and went over all the details I needed to know. Both ladies were super cool, respectful and had the upmost customer service. Once again thank you both very much! So unfortunately I have to add to this. I gave my notice and when the time came I moved out. Well I now get regular calls about not paying rent! I moved out why would I pay rent???!!! Worried these people will destroy my perfect rental history!! I honestly can't recommend this place any longer.

Normally the experience of getting a storage unit is short minimal talking and not very helpful. Here this was not the case! I was when I was greeted by Esther she greeted me with a smile and compassion. originally I had a storage unit on the third floor but my mom rents a storage unit here as well. She was able to put it on to the second floor for me so it’s easier to access both units without having to go up an extra floor. Esther showed me how to get to my unit and went over all the details I needed to know. She was super cool, respectful and had the upmost customer service. thank you both very much! Esther genuinely cares about others and does her best to keep everyone safe. I know from personal experience that they keep their eyes open and pay attention. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. As long as you follow the contract provided the company is reasonable

They have served us well for the past two years, which is why they get 3 stars and not 2. However, our unit was recently broken into, and they were pretty nonchalant about the whole thing. They eluded to the condition of the surrounding area, which was not the greatest, so what do you expect. They need to seriously up their security program and add cameras. There should be some kind of penalty if you get caught letting people into the building if they don't use their own code. It appears to be common with storage unit companies to leave the front wall of a storage unit above the door relatively open with only a couple sheet metal slats that run horizontally across the space. Why not take the wall all the way up so there is no way other than through the door to get into the units. This would have potentially prevented our break-in. We moved our stuff to a more secure facility.

Prices are very reasonable. Probably one of the cheapest I found in my area. The building is well lit on the inside and outside. Which I appreciate. I feel safe when I'm there loading or unloading my property. The building is organized and clean. The only thing I had a problem with is finding a cart to roll my belongings from my car to my storage unit. They could probably invest in a couple more carts because they're pretty scarce. The staff is friendly and informative. Not to mention the store manager is awesome! She is absolutely hilarious! I will probably go there even if I don't have things to take in or out of my storage unit just to hang out with her! LOL! Thanks for everything!

This storage facility is immaculately clean and as they say it is a secure space itself storage and the size is very according to your needs Craig and Mark are very accommodating and show me the sizes and we selected the one that would be appropriate he went over the locks very carefully they went over there stipulations very clearly they have rules and regulations that keep things safe and secure and I really would advise anyone in the area who needs a little storage or a big storage to give them a call and that's so nice to have them in the Centennial neighborhood..

After speaking with Jenn the DM and hearing of all of the amazing changes taking place here and the added security they have put in place. this storage unit is once again a great place to store your belongings. The rates are more than reasonable and beat a lot of other companies flat out, The hours are super helpful and the staff all seem more than willing to help anyway they can and to address any issues you might have. I highly recommend if you need somewhere to store your belongings, you've found the right place.

this is just an update about the storage facility. Esther was amazing she should get 12 Stars not 5!........This place is great as far as storage facility's go. These guys are polite and professional. They keep the place clean and in good working order. They seem to genuinely care about others in general. They do their best to keep everyone safe. Im not even renting a storage here. I brought a friend to her storage that she just rented not to long ago. The worker of the day was rude and disrespectful and told my friend she will lose her storage if they see the door shut one more time. She didn't know this was an issue or knew there was anything wrong with it. She's a very nice individual who shouldn't have been snapped at or talked to the way she did. I don't recommend anyone renting a unit from this location.

This was my first time ever using a storage facility. I chose the right place. I searched for months to find the right price and size and this place is just what I was looking for. I haven't seen a better price for the size of space I got. Plus Craig was amazing! There was another gentleman who also went above and beyond, but I'm not sure I got his name. This place is awesome! The Assistant manager Esther she is great she help me with my lease and explained it to me and was very Thoreau and made everything smooth transition for me and help me find the right size unit for me and told me the price difference and just appreciate all her so I recommend this place because of her help thank you please don't ever let her go cause she is super helpful

I went in to rent a storage unit right at opening and they were just getting their day started. In spite of that, they dropped what they were doing and focused solely on my needs. The facility was immaculate and the staff really had great attitudes and made me feel like a customer should. Highly recommend based on my initial interaction!!

The staff and specifically Ester were wonderful people and easy to work with. The facility is clean, safe, and dry. Our floor level unit is very easy to access with substantial hall space for moving big items in and out. Parking is a little limited but there is plenty of room for unloading and picking up with a large moving truck.

Marissa the Store Manager went the extra mile to assist me and get me the right storage unit at the last minute basically of their office hours. I arrived there during the last 10 minutes of the office hours at 5:51pm. She got me hooked up with my unit so I can now start using it, moving in tonight. Well done by her! …

Very friendly, informative and helpful. Vinnie was great to work with. This storage facility is like any other in the area. Pretty sure people live in some of the units. It smelled so bad in there the other night, i almost threw up. It was really strong. It got stronger as i got closer to my unit. I had to get out of there.

I just started using this place for storing my stuff. The guy that helped me was very efficient with making sure my code worked. I would totally recommend you use this place to store your belongings. I thought the staff was great, pleasant to work with and helpful. But I felt like the company did a bait and switch tactic!!! I was quoted $120 a month and after three short months they jacked my monthly fee to $200 a month! Be careful because this terrible and I felt like I was taken advantage of.

Awful. Staff is only helpful when it suits them. Dismissive of client concerns. Triple check the paperwork and contracts they give you. Office is always locked, so you have to stand out in the cold waiting for people to come around to talk to anyone. Never had a worse storage experience

My experience here has been totally unacceptable ! Employees went through all my items and took thousands worth of merchandise and personal items! I came back my code was suspended and my lock was changed with no warning text email or phone

First of all even though this is a fairly new space, we had rodent droppings in some of our belongings. 2nd unlike most storage places, this place will not refund any money if u pay for the month and move out on the 5th or 6th of that month.

The keypad to enter is often broken, which restricts entry to the storage units to when there's someone in the office. There are also very few parking spaces here. More than once we've had to park off-site and cart heavy objects quite far .

There was somewhere where I checked for if somebody has a lien on my stored possessions which I put no and it still put it as yes and it wouldn’t let me even though I did go change it and it shows that I put now later on in the printed

2nd month there, unit was broken into with two staff on duty playing on there phone. There is only 3 parking spots for 300 units. NO bathrooms, cause of COVID... To busy playing on there phones to be concerned with the security.
