My appointment was at 9:45 am, I arrived around 930, got my number from the kiosk after scanning my appointment letter, and I was out of the building, with my fingerprints taken in around an hour. The process is very straightforward, and the person that helped me was very friendly, and clear in explaining the procedure. The only issue was that it took quite some time, even with an appointment. The free parking lot is a couple of minutes walk away from the entrance of the office.
