Removed an old deep filling from a molar and thereafter ground down portions of the crown. It took two painful injections to anaesthetize the area. The tooth in question was giving me absolutely no problem. The adage ‘If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”, applies. Six weeks post procedure continued to experience intermittent pain from tooth. An Endodontic appointment made for me by another dentist. The outcome was 3 root canal treatments on this tooth. Took nearly 45 minutes. Next appointment will be to have temporary filling removed and permanent one installed PLUS a new crown to smooth out the sharp edges left from the grinding episode. Definitely a very bad experience.

Dr Segal is a competent, knowledgeable, professional with an extraordinary chair-side style. His personality easily overcomes any anxiety about undergoing a dental procedure. He is completely approachable on any issue of dental health and is very concerned with patient concerns before applying any modality. His staff, both administratively and technically mirror his style and competence. My spouse and I have been patients for a number of years and truly there are no negative aspects to forming a relationship with him both on a professional and personal level.

Dr Segal and his staff are competent, professional and friendly. I have been going to Dr Segals Dentistry for over 15 years now, and have never once debated on seeing any other dentist. Not only do they do the best work possible, they ensure their customers feel so comfortable when they're there that it feels a bit like home. Amazing people and amazing work, could not recommend it less.

It is always a pleasure to visit Dr. Segal's dental office where the dentist and his staff are friendly, professional, knowlegable and helpful and the dentistry is virtually pain-free (in my experience).
