To start off our review...we always get numerous quotes for projects. However, after the stunning presentation that Richard Qashat, Marketing Manager, provided on the quality and functions of the windows, we were sold. Then Kenny Clegg, our project manager, arrived to do the final window measurements. He was very thorough and we enjoyed his explanation of the process. He left no window edge untouched. When we decided to do this, very easy decision, we were promptly placed on the install schedule. The office made sure those dates were good for our schedules. Very accommodating. When our install team arrived, Rolando, the lead installer, introduced himself and walked us thru their procedures, leaving us with no questions unanswered. Once this team started it was a whirlwind of activity and staging all new windows. As one old window was removed it was hauled to their truck, immediately. No debris was left sitting around. We have one massive sliding door that never closed correctly. The man working on that door was fastidious with the shim placements, ensuring it was now level. When they left that first night, all windows that had been removed were completely installed with new ones. The next day the whirlwind of progress started over. Rolando is a master in his sheet metal work. What a fantastic job he did for us.The Entire staff at Select Home are true professionals, very aware of how chaotic this process is and the install team did everything to accommodate us. Richard, the project service manager, introduced himself and clarified with us that we are to contact him for any issues. He's very pleasant and helpful, but I really don't think we'll have to contact him. The Anlin windows are of such high quality. This was a truly wonderful experience and we are thrilled with the beautiful results. We would select "Select Home" again without hesitation. By the way, that massive sliding door operates with 1 finger now!!!! The Z's.

I have only positive things to say about Select Home Improvements! From the very first phone call, to Seth who met with us, to Josh who did the measurements of our windows, to the installers who took great care to perform their job efficiently and carefully, this company is run with excellence and is staffed with only the best. Our process from the beginning was simple and well explained from what was going to happen, to the quality of the windows and the features that they have. Select Home Improvements even was able to match the Queen Anne style of the windows that were already on our home thus recreating the features we love about our home while updating its overall appeal and functionality. It has been a little over a year since we have upgraded our windows and we are still impressed with the looks and functionality of these excellent windows. I recently reached out to Richard at project management with a question and he went above and beyond expectations to assist me with my needs. I was once again reminded of how great this company is and I cannot recommend them more.

They quoted me full exterior repair and the tex-cote paint job. They did restore 3 of 4 stucco spots that were crumbling but i had to pay extra to repair the last corner. So not really full exterior repair. Then i had to constantly check up on the work because they were just hurrying to the finish line even mixing up the colors after the primer. The guys showed up early and the main office kept telling me it wasn’t scheduled for another week. Had to complain about the mess next to my house and the garage weather strip not being painted. They still refused to paint weather strip without an extra charge. Watch out for the sales guys they over promise and under deliver. Lots of things got written in the notepad (like facia repair) but my mistake for not making sure it made it onto the agreement. Nearly 20k for a patch job and what is hopefully a lifetime/50 yr paint job. Otherwise i got screwed. I had a better experience planning the work myself with several contractors and i feel i would gave paid less with less stress.

I had my house re-stuccoed with Tex-Cote. It is a great product and it is a premium price but well worth it. The sales person (Chad) was very low-pressure and he did an amazing job explaining the benefits and the whole process. Eron was the project manager and he answered my questions and provided more details before the project started. It took a little longer to get started, but I have no complaints. Danny and his crew did all of the prep work and the final application. They were very friendly, thorough, professional and they did excellent work! They answered any question I had and during the whole process I had no problems with them. I would highly recommend Select Home Improvements for painting. If I had other work for them, I would not hesitate to use them again!

We had the windows replaced, and the attic insulated. The windows seal well, and really block the heat. They also work very easily with good rollers. The sash windows tip inward for cleaning. The installers were efficient, and they did a quality installation. I also had the attic insulated. They completely vacuumed the attic, then blew in the fiberglass. Both crews cleaned up after themselves. We have noticed that the temperature in the house is much more constant, and our last electric bill is $200 less than what I have experienced in the past. I would recommend Select Home Improvements to anyone, and I am going to have them replace the windows in another house we own. Their prices are good, and their products are quite satisfactory.

Work Crew led by Supervisor Lionel with Workers Alex and Lucio went the extra mile to make the colors of my Baja California Native Hacienda style home come to reality . Most of all I was able to get affordable financing for the project through a Energy Efficient Loan and take advantage of great discounts provided by the county that cut the cost, and made me able to get a long term planned home improvement done right now not years later. We recently completed a major home project which was very successful. After 22 years, we were to completely redo our attic heating system and remove the old outdoor air conditioning. We chose Select Home because of their knowledge and experience, their commitment to high quality work, their standards of using top notch products. Besides all that they came through with a fair price. Our house now feel like a new home. Everything works beautifully from the powerful dual heaters to the clean air vents, dual thermostats, and the safety devices such as smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms. Worst company ever ! They didn't start when they said they would .They started a month later than what we were told .The first crew was super sloppy ,prep work was a mess and paint was already peeling 3 days after they painted .We asked the first crew to never come back .We got a second crew .They tried their best to fix the botch job the first crew did .We are still waiting for the job to be completed .

Eron was our project manager. He was very helpful and responsive. Willing to go above and beyond his responsibility. He answered all my questions. Work crew was great. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves . I am 100% percent satisfied with the customer service, installation, follow up and follow through was well done. The windows were worth every penny we spent.

Our house was previously yellow but we decided to go with a darker color settling with a dark beige. The work was very efficient and the company was very nice with speaking with us and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend this company if you would want efficiency and great work.
