Using SSA Elizabeth for storage while waiting for my new home to be finished was fabulous. The staff were so wonderful when going through everything before starting, making sure I understood, and answered all my questions. The move in was easy and adding/picking up things during my rental was so easy. I was kept well informed of things that were happening and when it was time to move out, that was super easy too Would definitely recommend them for all your storage needs. The security was great I was not getting in without a code or the ladies at the front desk. Made me feel good about wanting to store here. The prices are reasonable especially being 24/7 access. On the walk through I was given all the information I needed to set myself up for a good and practical move in. The staff both greeted me with big smile and were so polite with understanding my circumstances, if I could give 10 stars I would. Well done Self storage, will 100% recommend you.

I was &am very satisfied with the service provided by this facility Every staff member I have encountered has been exceptionally helpful as well as warm & friendly The units are very clean. &well priced & great sizes plus the staff were great at estmatng exactly the size I required for my goods I have used several other storage companies in the past ,& S S A come top if the class for me!!!

Convient and local. Love that I can access my locker 24/7 and not in between set hours like other places. Several ways to make payment and centre pay is offered which is good for those that would chose to use. Clean and tidy site and well lit up through out the night.

I haven't storgs but been in to buy moving boxes. Lisa and Kate both went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I was able to pack my entire house with out having to go back for more.. they asked me the reliv tent questions and knew what I needed.

Very good place to store your items and valuable possessions; friendly staff ready to accomodate your needs. Access is good and the trolleys are large so that you can deliver your items with ease to the storage container with ease. Enjoy!

Booked storage unit by office - was put at the back of the facility on arrival. Early payment up to date of removal of belongings - and have since received 3 invoices for payment. Clean storage area.

Never have an issue of any kind, and the people I deal with was always helpful in what ever I require.

Cant drive up to locker, charge 15 bucks for a 2 dollar padlock and the trolleys are too narrow
