Wow what an experience at this location it was awful you have one guy that waited on me wearing sunglasses the entire time not sure if it's a medical condition or not but needless to say the other two salespersons that were working beside him on the other end of the counter were just as bad as I stood in front of the counter the heavy set girl still there eating some sort of candy the entire time complaining about other customers in front of customers to a co-worker's then you have the other heavy-set guy on the other end of the counter pretending as if he doesn't know what's going on I'm being quite annoying but somehow he seems to think he was being customer service oriented I will never travel back to that side of town for that U-Haul place again

They are not very attentive to customers who aren't currently on the property. They hardly ever answer the phone. Otherwise, my unit is climate controlled sort-of. Not super clean, but they do have access to all the extra moving amenities on site. Access was also past closing time. So we could finish filling and sorting the stuff in the unit without having to be out in the rain, or the fire under the Interstate overpass beside their lot that night.

Call three different occasions was put on hold for 20 minutes without taking a callback number the customer service is just as bad on the phone as it is in person I have gave this place much much much needed business and every to disappoint..overcharged every time hoping I would not call back so the charges will stick just poor customer service

Staff was nice and friendly, but the wait to get checked in & out was a lil ridiculous. Not sure if it was due to lack of staff or that several people decided to use their service that day than they expected, but I probably will use another facility if I need their services in the future.

The staff there is super friendly, despite being super busy. They made my trailer rental experience quick and easy. If I need any other Uhaul rentals, I will return to this location.

Went here to rent a truck to move out of state. Service was good. Our truck was clean and ready to go. It did smell slightly of smoke though (I know this isnt their fault).

I often get propane here. The price ranges from average to below average. Right now it's 3.12 per gal and It sells it by the galleon and allows partial fills.

Always loved to use to this company, never had no issues. This place here is a little older, but it still works.

Super easy to rent and receive. Got my 10ft truck for a day. It was clean and staff were kind and courteous.

As far as the storage its pricey there are better units out there for less or around the same money …
