Great customer service and worked with my friends I was helping with moving! Would refer others that need a moving truck. My only issue is that the size of the trucks available was very limited. There were small trucks on the lot that they needed but we're not available to use. So had to settle for a larger truck that was way larger than the stuff they needed to put in it. So it's best to reserve the truck you want ahead of time so they know to set it aside for you for that day.

Waited 30 minutes for propane refill. Told 3 employees on duty but only 1 certified for propane refills and he was busy helping other customers. Gave up and went to Lowe's and was helped immediately and left with exchange tank in less than 5 minutes.
