This location is absolutely amazing! I have not had the pleasure to work with Josie but Carlos have been more than accommodating with meeting our needs. Carlos has always been extremely friendly and did his best to work around our schedule. We had rented a couple storage units for moving and he brought us out bottled water while we were unpacking into our units. We have had such a positive personal experience that we are renting a unit now for our business needs; A+

Best experience I’ve had at a storage facility. It was so convenient & such friendly customer service. My boyfriend & I had just gotten to Calgary from Georgina, ON and we’re so tired from travelling so Josie and Carlo made the process quick. Josie did my paperwork while Carlo showed me to my unit. They offered me water and we chatted about the area. Overall, excellent experience and I would definitely recommend Sentinel Spyhill to any & everyone.

This is a great storage facility. When you arrive, you can back right into a bay, there are carts and pallet jacks and a lift to help you get your stuff to your unit. Access was easy and the times convenient. Storage prices are high but they're high everywhere. Sentinel currently has the first 4 weeks free, which I used to stage my place for sale and I've no doubt I got a higher price because I had reduced the clutter before listing.

This is a great facility. It has indoor loading and unloading for cars to semi-trailers, lifts from the ground to dock level, multiple sizes of units, pallet jacks and carts, very good security and a washroom. The people who work here are excellent - very nice, helpful and always available. I rent many such units in Alberta and BC and this is by far the best on I have.

Shelby was amazing and her knowledge in answering any and all of my questions is remarkable. Her professionalism and attitude were nothing but exceptional. I am truly impressed in how she made my storage rental a very comfortable and easy event from the start and until the last minute. Shelby is an employee you want to keep. Absolutely grateful to have dealt with her!

I can’t say enough about the storage units and the staff (Shelby) who was very friendly and professional.. we only needed storage for a couple of days between selling our house and downsizing to a apartment.. they couldn’t do enough for us and at a very good rate. Josie and Carlo were very helpful at the spy Hill sentinel storage location. Very informative and smooth to handle my time while I had a storage there. Really easy to move and access building. And has all the utilities and proper equipment for heavy load handling. Would recommend this storage to anybody looking for short or long term and for any size locker.

We stored our furniture and posessions at Sentinel Storage Calgary Spyhill for over 10 months as we moved to Calgary and waited for our new home to be built. The facility was clean, safe and secure. The system was well explained and convenient. It was a real pleasure to deal with Josie and Carlo, who were so helpful and always had the answers.

Sentinels Storage was really great! I came in 30 minutes before closing without reservation but they still managed to help me out and made sure that I got the storage that I needed. Josie was very great and very polite at helping me. When I realized that I got the wrong sized storage, she took time to change my order and I was even able to move in the same day. She took time to show me how to open my storage and the gate after hours. Storages are heated and very well cleaned and maintained. Thank you!

Painless from start to finish. The staff are very helpful and always pleasant, the facilities are clean and well lit. When I needed to change the size of the unit they were very accommodating and we were able to quickly make those adjustments. I will definitely return should I need to in the future

Very good service received from Josie Pujol. She is very good with the customers and assets to the company. Only disappointed is some customers using loading bay as a car parking lot. I had to go through the small door to load my stuff. Did inform to the staff member and he didnt care about it.

I met with Shelby and was pleasantly surprised with her professionalism and engagement. Good customer service is not something I receive everyday and Shelby definitely excelled. She has a friendly and helpful attitude and I would highly recommend speaking with her for all your storage needs.

Flo and Josie are super helpful throughout. The facility is clean and well-equipped with dollies and 2 pallet jacks. Have spare pallets to take and return. The indoor loading bay and scissor lift make loading and unloading easily and comfortably regardless of weather conditions.
