Jacqueline is fantastic! About a year ago, my COVID-flow was out of control, and while Jacqueline was cutting my wife’s hair, I randomly asked if she also cut men’s hair. She said yes, and then proceeded to give me one of the best cuts I’ve ever had! Even my wife loved it – and she usually hates my hair. More recently, I came to Jacqueline wanting a new style, and showed her a grainy internet picture of what I was looking for: we talked about it, and she was able to give me exactly what I was looking for – I still don’t *look* like the male model in the picture, but the hair is perfect. Her salon is so clean and bright, and Jacqueline is professional and personable. Few people are equally talented at cutting men’s and women’s hair: Jacqueline is definitely one of those people. I highly recommend her!

Jacqueline is absolutely amazing! I have very difficult, thick, curly, unmanageable hair and she has always managed to leave it look beautiful. Best of all, my hair cut always also works when I wear my hair naturally (not just when it is styled). Jacqueline is also wonderful with colour and I have had all-over colour, balayage, and full head highlights done at various times; all of which have looked incredible and received so many compliments. She truly makes you feel like a star and is so kind and a pleasure to spend time with. Her space is also so private and beautiful, very spa like experience. Couldn’t recommend Seren more!

Walking into Jacqueline’s Studio is always a relaxing experience. Her space is so inviting and she is equally as warm and welcoming. She is also just incredible at what she does. While she gave me a fabulous new hair cut I asked about the products she had used on my hair because it had never felt so clean or healthy. She helped me pick out some new products to try and it’s safe to say I’m hooked! It’s such a great feeling to leave looking (and feeling) your best and that is exactly what Jacqueline does.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done with Jacqueline today. Her space is so comfortable, bright, clean and she makes it the most wonderful place to enter. During our appointment today, she toned my balayage, cut my hair, and even did a great blow out afterwards. I would highly recommend her if you want a great balayage done, or a touch up before the summertime! Her Prices are very well priced for Oakville and she’s extremely professional when you are getting your services done.

Jacqueline is absolutely amazing! I originally texted her requesting balayage because that is what I thought I wanted but I showed her pictures of what I wanted (which were not balayage). She was able to get exactly what I wanted and charged accordingly (which was less). She is fun to be around, very knowledgeable and is amazing at what she does. I got highlights with a shadow root and a bang trim and she exceeded my expectations! LOVE her, and I highly recommend!

I had a 10/10 experience at Seren Hair Studio when I was there a few months ago. Jacqueline is extremely knowledgeable in her techniques and left me feeling great about my hair. As someone who doesn’t do much to style her hair, I feel confident in my cut and am very happy with how my hair has grown out since April.
