As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a well dressed and polite man named Scott. He asked me how he could be of service and I began to tell him the story behind a piece of jewelry that meant a lot to my girlfriend. A family member that my girlfirend was very close to passed away recently and so she wore her necklace at all times until the clasp began to fail. She was upset that she could not wear it any longer. After Scott listened to my story attentively, he began to examine the necklace. He demonstrates his knowledge by explaining to me what the necklace was made of and answering all my questions quickly and efficiently. He recommended a new clasp and o-ring, it looked perfect! He then took the necklace to the back and had it fixed, cleaned, and boxed up professionally. Later that night I presented the necklace to my girlfriend over dinner and candlelight and the first thing she noticed is how clean it was, the gold necklace and the diamond piece were sparkling! The second thing she noticed is the new clasp and how it looked like it was made for that particular necklace because it matched in color and size so well. She then proceeded to wrap her arms around my neck and hug me for an extended period of time while tears rolled down her face. She was so happy. Looked all over. Been to the name brand stores. What drew me to them is that it makes sense that a store that only sells jewelry is just selling jewelry. These folks work on and fix jewelry. It's like buying a house from a builder. People selling a house can't help you when it's needed. Honestly, it was a long shot but I was very impressed with their selection both high and low. I was looking in the lower-mid range... Everyone was super nice and helpful, and never did I feel like I was being swayed in the slightest. But they were super attentive and helpful and I had about giving up and I found the perfect semi modest diamond band that was actually brighter and shinier than the stuff I saw from the big stores at a very fair price. Came with lifetime guarantee and free resizing which we did need. They also resized a gift watch that I had not worn for years. I can't overstate what a gem this little hole in the wall shopping center mom and pop jewelry store is for this community. 100% would recommend.

I had a great experience with this business. I came in to get my wedding ring reshaped after it warped from being caught on a door handle. When I gave my engagement ring to them to be fitted into the newly reshaped ring, they immediately cautioned that my engagement ring was in need of repair to keep the center stone from falling out. Always a skeptic, I pressed for more information and they walked me through the process of how the stone was set, how the prongs wear down over time, etc, etc. They compared my ring with others under a microscope and made sure I was fully informed. They quoted me a great price for resetting the stone and soldering the two rings together, and on top of it all they cleaned the other ring I was wearing as well. The work on my wedding ring took about a week. These guys are honest and straight-forward and are all about inspiring loyalty in their customers. Definitely a great place to call home for your jewelry needs.

My story is simple. The results of my contact with Service Jewelry & Repair of Brentwood, TN are just heartwarming. After finding no one locally to satisfy my repair needs, I went online, found SJ&R, retrieved their phone number and spoke directly to the owner. He listened to my plight and assured me that he could take care of the problem. I mailed my pieces to their Brentwood, TN facility with the hope that they would be returned in good order. Within the short weeks after my call, I received both my items - repaired and made whole. Everything about this tale is just the best, My watches were returned whole - even though they were very dated. The process was exceptional, the people involved were most pleasant and the cost was incredibly affordable. If "zero stars" were an option, I would certainly leave a zero star review. I get my engagement ring repaired at JC Penney and they send it off to Service Jewelry Repair in Brentwood, TN. I have had to send my ring off to them four times now. The most recent time - about a month ago - I sent it off because two stones had fallen off (again). I had previously sent off 3 other times for the same issue. The instructions were very clear that two stones needed to be replaced and all stones needed to be tightened to ensure no more stones would continue falling off. After waiting a month for my ring to come back, only one of the stones was replaced. If Service Jewelry Repair were doing the right job and inspecting the ring correctly, they would not have a frustrated and disappointed customer.

Excellent service! I have a watch that was a gift from my wife, and the watch wasn’t working properly. So, I dropped it off for a free assessment to see what the team could do. The team assessed and completed the repair work faster than they promised, the watch now works perfectly, and it also looks like they took great care of the watch (it’s a bit cleaner now!) Yazzie and James in the store are the people I had contact with and I couldn’t ask for better service. The people who worked on my watch - great job! Thank you team!

I trust this place. Over the years I have gone there for little things such as watch repair. While their jewelry is mostly out of my price range, I got to where I valued the staff and their knowledge. When it later came time for me to purchase a quality piece of jewelry (I'll let you guess the occasion), this is where I returned and I must say that impressed me. They were able to work with my budget, gave me great customer service, and the whole experience was delightful. They have my loyalty.

I've taken a few pieces to the location in Hendersonville and have always received great service. When I needed a heavy silver cuff with a stone resized, they sent me to Todd at the Brentwood location, lauding his talents in both custom work and challenging pieces. Even though my bracelet was uniquely shaped and very large for my wrist, he was able to resize it perfectly. The entire staff at SJ&R is warm, friendly and helpful. Todd will definitely be my local jewelry guy from now on.

When shopping for an engagement ring I went to multiple jewelers. Service Jewelry provided me with the best service of all and really took the time to educate me on diamonds, bands, cost, etc. Davis Carr was fantastic and helped me design the perfect ring. I recently had a great experience with the sales team, I dropped off two watches to be repaired. The watches after they cleaned and finished with the repairs looked as good as the day I purchased them. The repair person on site is extremely knowledgeable not only on watches, but the entire scope of diamonds and jewelry in general. I truly recommend this fine and unique repair shop.

Amazing quality and service! I love my ring and the staff is awesome!! I had just got engaged and had to part with my ring only a day later for resizing :( …even though it was near holiday time, they were able to get it back to me within the week. Brought in a Casio watch to have the band resized. They were initially unsure if they would be able to do it based on the design. However, they took a stab at it, and were able to resize the band at no cost. Great customer service, will be back!

They did great service when I had them replace my battery on my Filson watch. They also do pressure testing on their watches when they do battery replacement. Not bad price too. I think I laid $15 for battery replacement.

Took a watch in for repair & was told I could purchase a new band for $1,000. I later took the watch to a high end store in Green Hills where was told that I could get a new band for $200. I would not recommend.
