I went in to get assistance linking my license to my app, it just would just have a loading screen. Henry at the front was so friendly and helpful even when it was super busy on a Saturday morning. He was able to assist myself and others at the same time whilst remaining friendly and charismatic. 10/10 service from Henry
Came here to get an eye test after digitally renewing my licence. Service was fast, efficient and I was finished within 2 minutes of approaching the front desk. The girls working were both super friendly and helpful despite being on a busy Saturday. Probably best experience I’ve had at a service NSW ever.
Had my driving test here, easy to book in and take the test. My testing officer Nick was being really nice to me, his big smile and kind words lifted up my stress and nervousness. And his instructions during the test were very clear and calm. Really appreciate it.
The customer service is bad. I filled in my driver license renewal application with my new address on 24 April 2023 and have been waiting for it ever since. Now it's 08 May, they sent to my old address and now I have to take 60 minute public transport to get it.

Annoying driving test experience. I've done tests in two centers, no one cares about the leftover battery in the dash cam but this instructor Liz insists to stop the test. Remove the camera doesn't work for her either.
