Firstly both the platforms are kept clean,no doubt but the fobs and the esclator are not constructed or installed for the convenience of train commuters,esclator should have been installed on the platform no 1,that also near the newly constructed fob. Also if you the ticket issueing window is not properly maintained.the entrance at present towards ticket issueing window falls inside the platform no 1,it is as good as one entering the platform without ticket.if I want to purchase ticket I have to go to platform no 2 as I am traveling without ticket.ticket window should be accessible to commuters before entering the railway station but who cares,let us go,go on,the railway authorities also should recommend the changes needed for the commuters please.in short shahad is better I have seen and felt.

With many real estate projects coming up in shahad and surrounding localities there is definitely need to improve facilities and infrastructure of shahad Station at the earliest.

Conditions is very poors but there is one thing is good Escalator available for handicap people. Need to be some changes like 1) Make platform clean and wide. 2) provide also Down Escalator. 3) Assign RPF like other station. Kindly like my review and photo.

Birla mandir is also located to visit , century hospital and birla college , RKT college is also commutable from shahad station.you can go to gajanan market for dresses at reasonable price with good quality and also for wholesale purchases , electronic market with reasonable prices, furniture market at reasonable prices, It almost connects to kalyan and ulhas nagar both , centre point between them.

Very neglected station on Central Railway, delayed trains, unhygienic cluster and debris of waste. Foul smelling Fish market almost on the railway station. Very bad public toilet. Extensive illegal 2 wheeler parking near the station on east, leaving almost no space to walk. Open gutter with stinking smell, Rickshaw stand disappearing with no control for their waiting line. Hawkers occupying the region below the bridge leaving no space for walkers. No station management, no protocol.

The whole railway station is filthy. There isn't a proper walkway for commuters. The auto stand is right outside but is extremely chaotic. The fish market outside the west side is filthy too. The ticket counter is at the extreme end on the odd side, making it difficult for people . We have to buy the ticket and return for the first compartment. Basic amenities are missing and ciommuters are given least importance, litter, strays and filth is seen everywhere.

Only 1 ticket counter is available in West side and it's operating time is limited to 8am to 4pm after that you can't even use 2 ATVM Machine's since they close the shutter after this time. You have to take FOB to go east side for ticket Or now alternate option available to take ticket from "Jan Sadharan Sevak" near west raksha stand at CST end. However you have to pay Rs1 for each single and Rs2 for each return ticket as extra.

Shahad is nice place only u have 2 b of rickshaw drivers as they have less transport of buses running over there rickshaw owners charge you anything for your travel. As I had to be at tabor ashram on 31st december 2022 they were charging two of us 200 rs and 70rs per head for sharing and as there was a woman in with us who was working at the ashram she paid only 30 bucks. My experience thank you.

It is the next station after Kalyan on the Titwala line.It is very important station due to one of the oldest factory Centuty Rayon of Birlas.However the station is not maintained properly.Station needs lot of developments.There are no proper display boards.No clear exit.The road is blocked by two wheelers.Approach road also very narrow needs immediate attention for basic requirements.

It was a bad experience travelling to shahad station. The station is not at all maintained. Train was about 20 minutes late!! I didn't liked this station. The only positive thing was that it had an elevator which gives it a morden look and moreover makes it easy for people to move from down the fly over. Thats why it diserves just 2 stars. STRONG NEED FOR DEVELOPMENT IN ALL ASPECTS.

A developing railway station which manages and reduces maximum crowd for Kalyan station. It has all facilities from washrooms to parking in its premises. The on-site staff is helpful. But sometimes rude due to over crowding. It has a wheelchair accessible entrance as well as an escalator. Both the platforms have covered area for bad weather. And washroom on both sides.

Shahad is a Rail Station after Kalyan in the South & before Ambivli in the North on Kasara Route. Platform 1 provides Train services for Titwala, Asangaon & Kasara towards the North. Platform 2 provides Train services for Thane, Dadar, Parel & CSMT towards the South. All Slow & Fast Trains operate on Platforms 1 & 2 in both directions.

The shahad station is very neat and clean. There are two platforms. One is towards CSMT (Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus) and the other towards kasara side. There is too much crowd on the platform during morning and evening. Now they have also started running AC local train on this station too.

Underdeveloped railway station due to lack of land. This station is important because of Ulhasnagar market. Indian Railways should construct ramps for easy access of station since a lot of luggage transportation is done through this station. Location of escalator is also not ideal.....

not much space for parking or turning vehicles you cant stop your car to drop the passengers auto people have made it pathetic and worsen, these is a stinking smell of fish because of local sellers.

Less crowd comparing to ulhas. But need more frequency of trains. Always halt between Kalyan and shahad in middle more than 15 mins. Reach the destination late by 20 mins usually.
