In person this place is incredible. They ALWAYS put the extra meat I ask for on the side in a separate container. This is how I like it. Never had any issue in person. I ordered via Skip, and saw that the extra meat was not in the bag. I look at the container with my order and it states they “aren’t allowed to put the extra meat on the side”. Doesn’t make sense to me, and this affected the way I enjoy this meal. Follow the instructions of your customers on skip like you do in person. I will no longer order from here via skip because of this experience.

WOW! This is the best shawarma place in Calgary!! The food does not disappoint at all, they meet all your expectations. The staff are so friendly and they help you out whenever you’re indecisive about something, they welcome you with open arms, and have the biggest smiles on their face. I’m at one of their locations every week and the quality/quantity of the food always remain the same, I love it. I recently heard that they opened up a new location by chinook centre, will definitely have to make a trip down there today!

Writing this review because a high 4.7 rating on Uber eats really deceived me. That, or the restaurant took old ingredients from Christmas Eve to prepare my Boxing Day lunch order. Ordered a mixed shawarma platter, I have to say either this place has some of the worst tasting sauces, overcooked meat and stale rice or like I say I was served days old ingredients. Anyways please do better. Luckily I was able to recoup some of my money through Uber eats, however that doesn’t stop me from ever buying my shawarma platters from here.

The price to portion ratio is really good, but on top of that the flavour is wonderful and full. Very filling, more for later! The food is real, chicken grilled perfectly, overall well worth the trip over! I don’t care if you live far south or NW, you gotta come here.

If this is the Shawarma Passion on uber eats - avoid. As per reviews- bad quality, go the extra mile to Shawarma Palace. I ordered a beef donair with sweet sauce and paid EXTRA for more sauce and it was the driest shawarma I've ever had(I opened up the wrap because i had to see if there was any sauce before i kept eating). No balance on how the ingredients were placed either. Shawarma Palace has always been my favorite, but this location..awful only giving 1 star because its the only option. I didnt even eat it. Dry dry dry...photos below..the white you do see..is cheese.

Definitely my favourite Shawarma restaurant currently. The same food and experience you would expect at Shawarma Palace (I understand they have the same owner/management) except this location isn’t as busy as most Shawarma Palace locations. The protein is fresh, veggies are crisp and the location isn’t out of the way if you are in the NE. The service could be a little better but that’s probably the only complaint I have.

Best (non-traditional) shawarma I've had in Calgary so far, their garlic sauce is pretty good (was a little sour the last time I had it unfortunately) and portion sizes are massive. If you want something filling and very tasty this is your place, probably the best bang for your buck you will find. Come in with $12 and you won't leave hungry.

Occasional dinner spot no longer. Absolutely not okay, cross contamination between meets, I cannot eat beef you guys decided to use the same plate you just served beef on. On top of that the hair strand in my food which i presume came from when he rubbed his head after chopping the chicken meat. No longer worth coming here, go to the mother location: Shawarma Palace instead.

Update: got the beef donair platter again, unfortunately the garlic potatoes don’t come with garlic sauce anymore. But if you order a side of garlic potatoes it has the sauce. Fluffy rice though! Got the beef donair platter. Good amount of meat and rice, but I wish there was a bit more sauce (it was all on top). Tasted great! Ordered an extra falafel and it’s pretty big!

Got food from here from Uber Eats, completely the worst thing ever. Got uncooked chicken which i felt utterly disgusted by tasted chewy and was still pink. Definitely contacting someone to check in their food

I had a great experience. I ordered the mixed beef/lamb platter, and was very satisfied with it. The amount of meat they provided for only $15 is impressive (I live in Edmonton where most Shawarma platters cost around $20). The employee was also competent and provided good service. Will go again.

Not worth the time it took 2 employees to wrap up low quality meat. Nothing tasted fresh....not convinced the beef is actually beef. The place is a mess both in the kitchen and seating area which i would look past if the food was a lot better. Probably my worst shawarma experience. More

Visited this place randomly to grab early lunch. Ordered chicken+beef+lamb platter. The food tasted okay. Potatoes and pickle were my least favourite. Meat was generous and so were the sauces. Overall it was an okay experience.
