Never had such a bad experience until today. No matter what time of year my partner and I have been here in the past with our separate cars, all the bay doors have been functional and working. Today none of the bay doors on the line up side were "turned on". The employee working said this was to speed things along for convenience as per the owners request. As I told the employee working today, if I wanted to put on a show for everyone else I would've been an exotic dancer. Atleast post a sign so others don't wait an hour to wash their car only to find out they will be putting on a show for the whole lot of people waiting behind them. The doors were perfectly operational on the side you drive out of though. Which leaves the employees excuse as to why the other side weren't working, complete garbage. Owners here are clearly more interested in the money they make, rather than the service they provide. We will find another car wash.

I've been using this car wash for years but never again. Although the bays are clean and the water pressure and temperature seem good...the soap and "spot free" products seem sub par. My vehicle was not super dirty but when i got home I noticed that there was a "film" all over so either the soap isn't strong enough or the rinse water is dirty or the "spot free" rinse is contaminated. All that for an $18 car wash. The photo below is the back door.... the "art" is from my finger rubbing off the film. UPDATE: I was just at the car wash and as promised they gave me a refund. Super customer service. Hopefully the city gets their act together and any remaining the issues with the equipment can be resolved. Thanks for making this right. Excellent customer service. I will be returning. I have upgraded the my review from a 1 star to a 4 star

Today as I washed my car here I was verbally assulted by a customer. He got out of his vehicle and began banging on the door quite erratically so I opened to see what the problem was. He then began to yell and scream at me calling me very racist things. The wash attendant paid no mind meanwhile 3 other customers came to try difuse the situation. The man was ao aggressive I had to keep him away from me by aiming the water gun at him. I was with my two young children, by this time they are crying. Had it not been for the three gentlemen who intervened I'm sure this would have turned into a physical altercation. The man was not refused service. I am appalled.

Went to wash my car and waited patiently in line, it was finally my turn and an older gentleman comes and tells me I have to go to a different stall. Being a busy spring evening I asked him if I could go ahead of anyone since I had already waited for quite some time and didn’t want to have to go to the very back of the line. He didn’t even answer me and just walked away. So I slowly tried to reverse the whole length of the parking lot to try to get in a new line and began to wait again - only to see him let in a new car to where I had been 2 minutes earlier!!!

Very exquisite car wash place, I would highly recommend to any stranger who is not familiar with this vicinity that they should expect nothing but the best from them. Also, I would love to give a special shout out to a very excellent employee, Ahmed, who has helped me with my vehicle. He is a very straightforward individual who's skill work is the highest you can find anywhere within the province. Ahmed went above and beyond, and I would like to say again that I recommend this car wash to anyone who is interested and/or looking for something cheap, but superb!

This place is often extreemly busy. The soap with the brush is not as abundant as other cash washes I have been to and you need to start your wash cycles using toonies. I hate having to rush around and plan out my wash. You can insert a loonie to extend your session but that opportunity quickly expires. Sometimes you just need a little extra time and I dont like having to run around the truck with my hand in my pocket trying to get the loonie out before my session expires. The place is always clean and staff are always friendly but this is not my go to place.

This is my go-to place to get my car washed. Sometimes there's a wait but that's to be expected when it has a thaw. The best times to come are in the early morning - or late at night - if it's busy and has just thawed, or that kind of thing. The stalls have always been clean and I've never had any problems with using any of the machines or with them scratching my car. I mean, it's a car wash and nothing super exciting but it's easy, affordable and fast, so it is what it's supposed to be!

The wait wasn’t too long. Single bays. Bring a rag to dry your car off after as there are no blowers. Accepts tap and coins. Min fee of $2.00 and 30seconds “grace” where you can add another buck. Took a bit to send the new option through the hose (like more than 5 seconds of “rinse” still had soap coming out). Usually i can get a quick rinse/spray soap/rinse done with $3 but it took $5 here - perhaps the timer is shorter than what I’m used to ‍♀️

The first time I used this car wash I thought it to be on an expensive side; however, gave it another chance and haven't looked back since. I've used a number of highly rated car washes across town to only learn that, while many use a lot more soap, their pressure is minuscule compared to this place - hence costing on average (in my case) $2-$4 more per wash. This is the only place I'd consider taking my cars to. Keep the pressure up!

In general good for a quick wash, but if looking for clean wash it won’t satisfy your needs. The amount of soap is scarce and felt as it dropped over time, the spot free rinse suppose to leave the car without spots but it doesn’t as if the water maybe not properly filtered. On the other hand the bays are always clean, and equipment always functions with no leaks and low pressure. I do my quick wash there and happy with the location

Every time I come here it’s always clean, no garbage and I never have to worry about mud. A lot of the people that work here usually take care of the facilities which is a great thing to see. The vacuums work really well too! Location is good easy to access. Pricing of armorall and other items are realistic too so you don’t have to worry about that. The change machines are always working Keep up the great work everyone!

This car wash has good hours and their pricing is on par with other car washes. In the bays only loonies and twoonies are accepted. There is a change machine located outside on the south side of the office that accepts bills and cards. The office is manned, so if you do have an issue someone is on sight to help. It can get very busy later in the day, so if it's an option going in the morning is best.

This is the only car wash I use. Only one I trust to not blow holes in the couple rust spots my car has. But one thing I noticed when I was there today. I used the second bay in from the road, I'm not sure how you number em but it had a decent hole in the pressure washer hose. Got a car wash and a shower lol. It does not bother me as I washed cars for 2 years but it's still a bit annoying

Clean yourself. Nice and easy. The 1st time you may feel that you couldn't utilise as it can be a new experience. But it's easy. First 2 min, 2 dollar and thereafter 1 dollar for every minute. You have the option to start with rinse then soap etc. There is a provision for brush as well. Vacuuming is also available. Ask for change at the counter if required

One of the better car washes in the area Because it is a good one it is busy in evenings and all weekends. It's worth the wait usually. Just get in behind an older car if you dont want to wait as long. The timers are at a fair price. They even have a couple places you can park to dry your vehicle off. The vacumes actually last longer than you would think.

I come here quite a bit. It's clean the water is hot, pressure is good and prices are reasonable. Accidentally left a backpack in a washing bay the other day. Nice gentleman found my number in the bag and called me to tell me they had it. Saved me a ton of money and trouble! Great place. Great staff. Come here to wash your stuff!

The car wash itself is fine, I am disappointed that when paying with a credit card the machine shuts off at $13.80, I understand this is to prevent fraud however I don’t think it’s fair to pay the $2 to restart the wash with only one quarter panel left to rinse. When I expressed this to the attendant he told me to “wash faster”

HOT WATER & POWERFUL PRESSURE WASHER with soap that works well on the exterior nice after shine. And the amount of time you get for 2 dollars tops them all. It is very clean and spacious! Great selection of products, micro cloths for decent price. An one nice gentleman running it. #1 carwash It is thy best

During the winter time the doors aren't set to automatically open, which is understandable but is super annoying when the person ahead of you just drives away without opening the door. Then you have to walk to the man door, walk through all the booths, possibly getting sprayed, to open the door for you to pull in.

I had my car wash on a Sunday morning. The attendant, was very nice. I can't remember his name unfortunately, but he helped me by explaining how to use the wax feature, cleaning engine. No one has ever taking the time to explain and I really, really appreciated this. Thank you so much your time and help.

This wash is great! The bays are always clean with a friendly environment. The wands have a ton of pressure that will blast the dirt right off and the soap brushes always looks like they have been replaced recently. I like the fact that I can use my credit card, because really who has change these days!

Great self serve car wash with fair prices. Can usually soap, rinse, and wax my small SUV for approximately $9.00. Can pay with credit card directly, no need for tokens. Equipment is in good repair and the bays are kept clean. Can get busy after work and on weekends. Best to go later in the evening.

I used this carwash once and to be fair it is like most carwashes of its style. Self-serve bays with automated machines that you can use to wash your car. I did not have any issues and pricing is comparable to other carwashes similar in style. Well located and it seems to always be packed.

Depending on the day you go, this place gets really busy. The queue process can get a bit confusing or frustrating. Basically just like your typical grocery store, each bay has its own lineup. So if you are back in the line it can be a bit chaotic. But otherwise it is a good carwash.

Just moved to SW Calgary, and it was my first time to do manual car wash here. The kindness Randy gave me a wonderful demostration on how to startup and using the various functions of the washing while just cost me <$6. A great service. Absolutely be back to here again.

Place gets really busy on a good day (for them) and you can get stuck in the bay if you're in the back half behind someone doing a full scrub down. But dollar to water minutes seems reasonable and water doesn't leave a ton of spotting like some. Our go to self wash.

Best carwash in the city in my opinion. I have been going here for 8 years and have never lost a dollar to the machines or had the equipment malfunction. I was once asked to switch bays as the employee was cleaning the bays and paid for the remainder of my wash.

Dirty, not a good value. I thought that I would try this one out for once, but I am disappointed. Not very convenient to have coin only vacuums, and outside only. Heading to a different car wash to go vacuum out my car and clean the interior properly now

This is a top notch car wash I was doing some construction work here and had one of the lanes closed so it was busy but cars made it through with very little wait and staff is great I'm recommending it to all who prefer to pressure wash there cars

I used to live this place. But now it seems like racism is alive and well over there. After their machine ate some of my change, I was looked at and treated like I was trying to rip them off for a car wash. Horrible customer service.

It was first time for me to do manual car wash and I had no clue how to do it. Responsible Lady during that time not only taught me how to do it but she literally did it for me . Thanks a lot for lovely experience and sparkling car .

It could be more user friendly. Credit card payment often doesn’t work. The automatic door’s sometimes don’t respond. Also there should be clock on every bay to see the timer. It’s cheap so not expecting much

I've been going here for two years and until recently they have been cutting back on hot water . Try rinsing soap with cold water. Ends up costing a lot more money and time. Very disappointed …

Great car wash! Pretty standard and gets the job done. You can pay by credit card and I have had no issues eveytime I come. There are a lot of bay doors so I have not had to wait in line long.

Good car wash no complaints except not sure how good the "wax" option works. Feels like just water (maybe not the low pressure high wax Co tent I'm used to seeing at other washers)

5 stars with no questions ask! High, warm water pressure! You can easily clean up your car for 6 bucks! Nice, polite, knowledgeable girl inside! Definitely coming back!

Payment terminal was not in working order, had to change a bay. Only two clamps for floor maps on the wall. Curtains does not shield from the neighboring bays spray.

Getting a pre paid wash card here was awesome. I dont need to worry about change or using a credit card for a quick spray. Sometimes line ups but goes pretty fast.

Pressure is good but it's a lot more expensive than the one I go to on a regular. Water also leaves spots. Better off looking for a car wash with soft water rinse.
