I’ve came here a couple times and it’s been great, and I always use the exact same stall and no problems… and then today I came and put my credit card and the machine charged me (said charge complete after I pressed stop after minutes of trying to get it to work) and all I got was a little piddle of soap and no pressure or water. When I told the lady:attendant she didn’t believe me I had to show her on my bank account and after proof she would not offer a refund and I never got a car wash and I had to pay for it !!! It was only a couple dollars but still the point of it was that she treated me so poorly and was rude to me. I am posting this because I don’t want other people to get ripped off. Really disappointed and a waste of my time. I left with a little bit of soap on my car and it’s still dirty, just really mad that this was the service I received.

Hesitantly tried their credit card tap feature to pay which has a posted note above the tap sensor stipulating it charges a $20 deposit. Suspected this was like the pre-approval at the gas pumps. Got notified on my phone immediate for that $20 and expected some correction or refund shortly after pressing the stop button but no alerts of any kind even a day later. Checked account next day but instead of a $20 refund was charged an additional $20 and $4.25 for the actual time. Contacted the station and was assured it would correct itself and I should wait until the charges are posted in the statement. Will update this review at that time. Update: 5 days and 4 transaction records later the correct amount resulted on my card. I like the car wash and have been a customer for over 20 years but I will go back to using cash for the wash though.

They always have bays out of service, and this takes up valuable space. However, the lights never indicate it's full, and by the time you drive inside and see this... the door behind is closed and it becomes really hard to let someone out of their bay to get yourself in. And I've always seen the same civic parked inside taking up another bay.. but yet it's dry and has a cone behind it.

Came here again after many years of going to the nearby big bucket. Stalls a bit short and narrow, water not very warm, not very much soap or wax, but is less expensive than at the big bucket. Cost $12 at shell, which would cost close to $18 at the big bucket, to high pressure soap, brush wash and high pressure wax my truck. Pretty good deal I'd say. Will be back.

Only one of Shell in Calgary that I visited that were able to process my free air miles after visiting multiple Calgary locations.I have been to mores than 5 Shell in Southeast Calgary and all of them cannot process my air miles giving several reasons and excuses. Also great car wash facility. I wish I live on this side of town.

Not extremely impressed. The price was reasonable but the air line in my stall didn’t work. I found the pressure in the wand was very low and it took FOREVER to rinse all the soap off. I don’t know what soap they use or what concentration but I paid a lot to rinse off soap compared to any other car was I have been too.

They need more than one person working there looking after the front till and the carwash. There was a line up of four people waiting pay for their car wash feel bad for the guy who was working there looking after both the counter and the car wash he did give us all a reduction in minutes

Decent pressure but the soap wash is basically ineffective. Does a very poor job of removing dirt and grime. The high pressure soap wash is not much better at cleaning than a high pressure water rinse. I have been coming here for 20 years, but won't be back.

Horrible Car wash!! I had my timer on, I supposed to pay $4, I paid $10 instead! On the receipt it says 10 MINUTES!! They charge you starting you Enter the building... I will never come back... 100% RIP OFF!

Terribly overpriced. Costs half at the spy-hill self serve car wash. Use a regular drive thru wash and save a bit. Or visit spy hill if really dirty and want a self serve place.

Surprised by the change from- Time --- to pay-as-you-go... but it works! They lost a star because I don't have much cash on hand, and don't trust car wash with my cc info...

Its a little pricey but it is the quickest and fastest car wash in the area for self serve. On nicer days there can be a line up

Self-service car washes are really convenient, but it's easy to get infected with covid-19 because most people don't wear masks.

This is the only wash place I know that stayed open in the extreme cold. So that's good, 8 bays pretty clean but not new

Decent car wash, staff is usually alright. Getting long vehicles into the wash bay is doable but certainly annoying.

Seems a little over priced, there are better car washes in the area, but this one is typically not too busy

Great water pressure and temp. Never too busy and by far one of the cheaper washes in the city.

Today was the second time I went to this location for car wash and it was closed before 11 pm.

Took my school's in to get washed. It was the perfect place for that.

Very little soap, even less wax,so basically $12 to rinse my car

Too much expensive, just a water wash, $1 speed but cost $4.75.
