This gas station says 24 hours but is not 24 hours. Black lady with braids is very rude. I ran out of gas and needed to get gas found a 24 hour gas station and tried to pay at the pump, did not work. She was inside mopping the floors and told me she was to busy to let me in for gas even though it’s stated 24 hours. She said I needed to give her 2 hours and she would let me in. I advised her I just needed gas and I couldn’t leave the parking lot. This is not the first time I’ve had a rude encounter with her. Nor has another family member of mine. If you don’t like your job you shouldn’t have it.
I stopped in to get a drink and use the bathroom. I stood in the doorway because the mens room was disgusting with wet toilet paper on the toilet and floor and I could smell it from the door. I told the cashier and he DID NOT seem to care.
I am literally sitting here and the Number 7 and 6 pumps are either missing or OUT OF SERVICE! I had to go inside to pay. We started with #7 and ended up with "5!" This place has the appearance of NEEDING SERIOUS RECONSTRUCTION!!!

Lots of Loitering an not Clean on the Outside an alley area Needs Lights. Great Customer Service.
Nothing more to share, Shell is just one of many gas stations that I visit!
Lazy horrible attitude never answer the phone and never helps anybody
They always have what I need. And I use my Kroger rewards for fuel.
