I went to the car wash at Shell Garage . I was disappointed at their service . The cars were in a line however cars from the back of the queue were sent through for washing first . The Supervisor could not explain why . 3 cars before me were go ished before me .

Excellent service from the gentlemen at the Vida e caffe at the shell garage aswel as from the petrol attendants. So pleasant , helpful and efficient. They were also so thoughtful in terms of sanitizing everything.

This shell car wash is the worst place. The car wash takes anything between 2-3 hours. Despite several complaints to management nothing is been done to improve the service. I wash my cars their in extreme need to.

Had a trainee ask me to wait 10 minutes for a gas can to be refilled because 'she forgot about me'. Otherwise I generally like the service here. Staff are usually friendly. Not sure what happened this one time.
