It was 46 degrees outside on 4/1/20 and I asked if I could fill up my water bottle with tap water. I was refused and was told to buy water. He said there was no tap water on the premises. I managed to get hold of the toilet key and filled up at the basin. Shocking and illegal service. Will never stop here again for fuel.

Well it's a petrol station that works just as you would expect. They've renovated the pumps etc quite recently so all things are clean and work well. I've filled up from here more than hundred times when I used to live nearby and had no issue whatsoever for all those years.

A male staff shouted at me from the entrance, scolding me that I am not allowed to clean my car here ( I was cleaning my car after adding fuel) and pointing to the opposite side of the road(another Coles express with paid car wash service)

Airconditioning broken, chocolate melted throughout the shop. One of the worst toilet facilities I've seen, one toilet out the back, stinky, filthy, on par with toilets I saw in Bali. But nice staff!

Check your docket for fuel discount, even after handing over the discount docket, no discount was given, a very deceptive practice going on here. Will not be using this servo again.
