On June 16th, I bought a car wash ticket when I was refueling at this gas station. However, when the car was in the middle of washing, the car wash system had a problem and suddenly stopped cleaning. At the same time, the dryer stopped working, and the curtain that should have been opened automatically did not open. The car was scratched by brushes and curtains that stopped working inside. I went to talk to the staff and they simply wrote down the message that someone would call me, but it has been a week and there is no apology call, no information about the repair or compensation, I have been to this gas station three times and still no one has contacted me, this is ridiculous! Not even a phone call to apologize.

Air Miles and Shell have an offer that has perked my attention; 100 Air Miles for three fill-ups of a minimum 25 litres of the V-Power fuel. Offer is valid for month of February 2019 only...so here I am since recent pump prices have been lower in the evening hours! Onsite is a BMO ATM, firewood, beverages, Lotto, snacks and a clean washroom. The staff are friendly. Three grades of fuel are available including diesel. A car wash and vacuum service is onsite.

Please train your employees how to use a Native tax exempt card. I had a terrible experience with an untrained employee named Dilpreet he laughed when my friend told him her card would give an exemption on the tax from the products she was purchasing. He said he was unable to call a manager and then ended up telling us that Shell doesn’t accept her card at all….. Please acknowledge this & Train Your Employees

***stay away*** from their car wash. Your car will get stuck in their car wash!!! My car got stuck in their car wash driveway on a snow bank they had not cleared. I patiently waited for 2 hours while they tried to figure out manual ways to get my car out, eventually they quit. The owner refused to pay for towing charges.

Attendant lied that we did not win money from 649 ticket. Gave us a free ticket we won but not the money. Tried to keep the money which was not his money and told us we are being rude. He needs to know what he was doing to the customers were something called fraud and theft. The worst experience ever.

Don\t use their car wash - it malfunctioned and deeply scratched my brand new 2017 car and they flat out denied it and refused to provide the surveillance video. I am dealing with Shell head office over this and it has been on going to over a month with a resolution. FAIR WARNING!

Gets the job done and has an okay car wash. Not the latest gen car wash and often low on soap, but it's not the worst car wash. New carwash installed mid 2018. Car wash is type that pushes vehicle along, but has no touchless options, despite menu at pumps stating otherwise.

Absolutely horrible experience!! Lady at counter real prize!! She steals people's air miles. She made mistake and air miles told her it was her fault - then she kept my card. I cancelled my card right away!! She's a THEIF!! I reported her to air miles.

Horrible service. No notice that pumps to have regular in the last row several clients were struggling to understand including elderly. When spoke to attendant he lied saying there were signage. Bad name for shell

If you're looking for TOUCHLESS, DO NOT COME HERE. On the app, it gave both touchless and cloth option. But when you select touchless, it's still the cloth option!

No touchless, only soft touch. I selected touchless wash through the app and it gave me softwash, resulting in whirlpool scratches on my car. Please fix up.

It has an automatically car wash as well. Used to have full service in the back. But not anymore. Air costs $1. used to be free. Pay vacuum is in the back.

Car wash did a good job, but for some reason there are a lot of flashing strobe lights while going through. Might bother some.

Whenever you can get in and fill up gas in under a minute and out it means it is a good gas station.
