I signed them a contract of my building and they acted so non serious that initially they wasted my time by not starting the work and saying we are bringing our mobilisation material and all, after wasting time they did a back out ran away from contract due to which i had to bear financial loss of material price increased during their Mis commitment , indeed this is their choice to do work or not but commitment is very important. Highly non recommend, they need to learn professionalism which they intent to be but are not.
