I went in to get a covid home testing kit which I explained to the staff member who came to serve me at the counter. Another staff member in the side room shouted something in a language which was not English so I did not understand it. (As a side note; this person was breaking confidentiality rules as the door was open and I could hear his questions and his customer's responses.) My server went behind a corner and I assumed he had gone to get the testing kit. After waiting five minutes I turned away to leave at which point the staff member emerged from the side room. I caught his attention and explained that I was still waiting to be served. He said, "You'll have to wait I need some information." In order to ascertain my expected waiting time I asked, "What information do you need?". His response, "I need information for the NHS." I repeated my question but received no response. I explained I could not wait indefinitely, at which point he said, "Well if you can't wait you'll have to come back." I left without further interaction. His manner was rude and abrupt, uninterested and dismissive. Highly unprofessional. I would not feel comfortable returning to this pharmacy because of how rudely I was treated. To say both staff members need customer service retraining is a gross understatement. This was my first and last visit. As a business I feel it is important to share this negative experience as you have lossed a potential customer and I will be sharing my experience with others who currently use your services.

They don't like to help anybody who needs, they have attitude. Every pharmacy who have blood pressure checking facilities do not mind to help people, but when I visited in this pharmacy this morning, they are asking for references just for checking the blood pressure which is not a valid reason, Even I did not ask for any medication. If they could not do that so why they have this facility. I am also registered with this pharmacy threw my G.P because it's near to my home address and whenever, we call to NHS they always suggest us that you can get advice and some of services from your near pharmacy as well.

I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. First, the hours are amazingly wide, allowing working people to get in. Secondly, they can get virtually anything. We have frequently found that they can obtain medicine that other pharmacies simply don’t have, and now we go to them as the first port of call. Thirdly, the staff are uniformly helpful, kind, and friendly. Their care and professionalism are remarkable. We are grateful.

Located in Chapeltown, Leeds. It's very close to the Chapeltown CC continental supermarket. One can take buses 2, 3, 3A to reach here from the Leeds city centre. Located at a proper location, it has supermarkets, curry house, laundry, park, and many other shops nearby.

This pharmacy does not open the hours stated on the sign. It’s definitely not open on Sunday, all closed I have also tried to ring the bell. The sign states open on Sunday from 10am. I was there from 10.30 till 11.15 no sing it was going to be open.

The most fantastic pharmacy, always so helpful and have never had any problems getting my prescriptions from them. Their opening hours also make it so convenient to pick your prescription up.

Came to get some medication for my child and the pharmacist was on a 2 hour + lunch break. Been 2 twice and he still isn’t back absolutely disgusting will not be returning!

I have had the best experience at Shifa pharmacy. Good customer services and everytime I visit there I always get helped. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Shutters down during supposed opening times says open at 10am on a Sunday.. Sat outside at half 10...why advertise your open when your clearly not!
