I went to this location around 11am on Sep 18 and my experience was pretty bad. I tried finding some simple shoes but all the shoes were out of place and mixed up. Then I looked around the store to see if they had the other shoes I wanted but nope there wasn’t (as far as I could tell). What was upsetting about this visit was that from me entering to me exciting, the only workers I saw there were talking the entire time. They didn’t welcome me, offer to help me, or even stop whatever convo they were having. I decided to just leave and not interrupt their seemingly entertaining gossip and go to another shoe store. My experience there was instantly so much better. Someone welcomed me at the door, everything was tidy and in place and most importantly a worker came up to me and helped.

Have been there twice and both times the service has been horrible. The first time I I asked the employee who worked there if she had the shoes I was looking for in stock and she she wouldn't even let me finish asking her and she was already nodding saying nope sorry we don't have it in stock in a rude way. So I went today looking for shoes for my baby and no one even bothered to ask if I even needed help with anything. Never going back to that store again.

This place was busy as heck today 08.20.2017. Jam packed and full of crazy people wanting all kinds of shoes, kids running around, the line was extra long and I couldn't find the shoe I ordered ahead online for store pick-up. The manager not only found the shoes I ordered but let me go ahead of the entire line. This was absolutely fabulous. Processed me right out the door. I love Shoe Carnival. Awesome sales all the time. My shoes store forever more.

Today ( Sunday June 27th). I went to what use to be one of my favorite places. With a smile on my face and kindness in my voice, I checked out my items with Cynthia. Her attitude was rude for truly no reason. It really makes me smile because when applying for a Customer Service job, people say what they need to in order to get the job..I pray someone take time out to work with her and explain that All Customers deserve respect. They have bad management and they discriminate children stupid manager saying "please get your children dont let them play " so why have the wheel where kids get attracted and put candies if they dont want them to get them and how can they even get their shoes if they dont want kids like seriously worst shoe carnival experience never coming again you shouldnt either of you have kids

Instead of staff standing in the front of store around checkout and talking/laughing with each other it might help the store to increase sales if they helped customers. Store was a wreck shoes laying on floor around men/kids area. Young lady having melt down on the floor with guy standing over her. She wasnt a child . To much for this customer took kids and left.

Very unprofessional staff. As a customer I'm looking at the shoe and price only, not the name of the shoe and if it's in the "right spot!!!" The male manager didn't know what was going on, but had a lot to say. Also they need to provide there employees with dental insurance because it was hard to talk to some of them. …

Selection of shoes are ok. You're greeted upon entering and stalked once you're shopping. I only went in looking but found a couple of pair of shoes but probably won't return due to being stalked and constantly being asked if I need help....... No I don't need help it's not that big of selection to need help!

Very pleased with this shoe store. Every worker was helpful and happy to be there. The store was extremely clean and extremely organized. The clearance section was easy to work through as well which is a true rarity these days. The owner is definitely choosing the right employees to take care of the business.

Always a great place to find shoes. Great selection and prices are good. Staff is helpful. Went on tax free weekend. No other good deals that weekend which was sad. Even when using the app. Just spun the wheel for 2 dollars off. Big wow on that but still good prices since I bought 5 pairs of shoes.

I love the store and that you can get great quality shoes at a reasonable price. I have purchase a lot of shoes from there and I'm very please with the staff they always ask if you need any help that's an A+ in my book and the store is clean. I would recommend other people to shop there.

I recently discovered this shoe store at the Best Time since they were having a Bogo sale which Is Buy 1 n get the next item half off. They still have a decent amount of shoes left for males so go AND check them out for good deals on shoes, sandals, socks and everything else.

I always like shopping here because even if it's for a last minute event, I always find what I need. They have a pretty good selection of Men, Women, and children's shoes for any occasion. I was able to get these dress shoes for my son's junior Crossover at a great price!!

Shoes are ok. Not a huge variety. And I couldn't find my size or my bf's size in the shoes we liked. Had to settle on different color entirely. Lady was the fastest check out lady ever with long stiletto nails!... Loved it.

I liked the inventory. Only thing is the people i asked for help didn't know much about shoes,, bought some shoes that came recommended by an employee but they are so uncomfortable....i only wish they would take them back

The assistant manager did not accommodate us very well. End of the day his feet hurt and was tired from unloading stock. No matter how tired one is you always put the customer first.
