I went to Shoe Carnival yesterday and got these shoes I got a pair for me and I pair two pairs for my daughter and a prayer for my friend they're very nice and comfortable I have the originals with no cloth inside and then I went and bought the cloth ones yesterday they're very soft and comfortable they're good to be house shoes when you wake up you don't have to walk on cold floor and your shoes are warm inside hope everyone likes these shoe thank you Shoe Carnival

Great place and great staff very welcoming and helpful also love how there's a variety of options that you can choose and pick from also the employees are very helpful helping you out getting the perfect sizes for your shoes and also there's great options for backpacks and socks and more things that you can get from not only shoes

Spoke to the general manager and asked him to hold a pack of jibitz because they were running a promo when you buy a pair of crocs you get a pair of jibitz free which I did not receive. I told him I'd be there within 2 hours and refused to hold them. Bad customer service. Returning the shoes and will go elsewhere.

They have a great selection of shoes and the service is great at least in this location. I dont give it a 5 star rating because of the prices. The point of this stores is to buy shoes at better prices instead you pay the same as if you would go to the mall. Other than that is great.

Fine place for shoes. But...noone there to help. Except one lady at the front desk, nice but no employees. Anyhoo, i found boots i wanted, tried them on , bought and left. Any shoes anywhere not made in China?
